The apartment was very good for the price it offered.
We liked the gym very much.
El apartamento estaba muy bien para el precio que ofrecía.

It was Easter week and there was no service available: no pool, no snack bar, no chill out area, they didn't even let you access the sun loungers area. We asked more than once to the reception girls if the pool was going to open, and they didn't answer us anything for sure: they told us "maybe one of these days it will open, you'll see".
We arrived around 12:30 and I went to reception to ask when we could go in. They replied that the room was ready but if we wanted to go in, we had to pay a surcharge of 20€. I paid it, but I find it very shabby that they charge it, having the room ready.
They charged me the tourist tax for my 16 year old daughter, which was my surprise when after being in this accommodation we went to another in the province of Tarragona and they told me that only adults pay the tax, I was shocked.
I also had a problem with the washing machine that was on the first floor, and they told me that I had to call the technical service (so I had to do it).
Era semana Santa y no había ningun servicio disponible: ni piscina, ni snack bar, ni zona chill out, ni siquiera te dejaban acceder a la zona de tumbonas. Le preguntamos mas de una vez a las chicas de recepcion si se iba a abrir la piscina, y no nos respondían nada seguro: nos dijeron “ tal vez alguno de estos días se abra, ya lo vereis”
Llegamos hacia las 12:30y me pase por recepción para preguntar cuando podríamos entrar. Me contestaron que la habitación estaba lista pero si queríamos entrar, debía pagar un suplemento de 20€. Lo pagué, pero me parece muy cutre que te lo cobren , teniendo la habitacion lista.
Me cobraron la tasa turistica de mi hija de 16 años, cual fue mi sorpresa cuando despues de estar en este alojamiento fuimos a otro de la provincia de Tarragona y me dijeron que solo los mayores de edad pagan la tasa, me quede a cuadros.
Tambien tuve un problema con la lavadora que había en la planta baja, y me dijeron que yo misma tenía que llamar al servicio tecnico( así lo tuve que hacer)

When I arrived at the aparthotel I was informed that I had to leave a deposit of 200€ (paid by credit card, cash was not allowed) which would be returned to me a few days after leaving the apartamenyo if when I left and they checked the condition of the apartment they considered that I had left it in a correct state. Nobody had informed me of this deposit before booking.
Al llegar al aparthotel me informaron que debía dejar una fianza de 200€ (pagada con tarjeta, en efectivo no dejaban) la cual me sería devuelta unos días después de dejar el apartamenyo si al marchar y comprobar ellos el estado del mismo consideraban que lo había dejado en estado correcto. Nadie me había informado de esta fianza antes de reservar.

Extremely noisy, overcrowded pool, children and teenagers playing ball with no control whatsoever, balls flying at our heads.
In the evening and even at night, young people knocking on doors and ringing the bell at 2 a.m., shouting in the corridors, no staff intervention.
Dirty rooms (only the bedding was clean).
Lack of basic amenities: no kettle, no toaster, incomplete fridge.
Some rooms had washing machines, while others, like ours, had nothing at all.
Presence of huge cockroaches, which is unacceptable.
The hotel car park lot was full and it was impossible to find a space in front of it - a real pain.
Piscine extrêmement bruyante, bondée, les enfants et ados jouent au ballon sans aucun contrôle et on reçoit des balles en pleine tête.
Le soir et même la nuit, jeunes qui toquent aux portes et sonnent à 2h du matin, cris dans les couloirs, aucune intervention du personnel.
Chambres sales (seule la literie était propre).
Manque d’équipements de base : pas de bouilloire, pas de grille-pain, frigo incomplet.
Certaines chambres avaient une machines à laver alors que d’autres, comme la nôtre, rien du tout.
Présence de cafards énormes, ce qui est inadmissible.
Parking de l’hôtel complet et devant impossible de trouver une place, une vraie galère.

The rooms were large although very noisy because of the neighbors. Lots of queues to check in.
