Calidad precio muy buena, con mucha animación para niños, y una piscina muy chula con toboganes.

La limpieza en algunos lugares del hotel, la atención del personal en general, desconfiada y sosa (con excepciones por supuesto) y el acceso al comedor, que se junta con la entrada/salida de un ascensor, de un pasillo para las habitaciones y la escalera,en un espacio muy pequeño.

I would like to leave a positive review, but not this time! 1) it all started with the fact that we entered the room and in our shower room there were other people's hair everywhere, which means that no one disinfects these surfaces 2) the room was booked for 3 people, but the room was provided with 2 beds of 1.30m, where 2 people cannot fully accommodate ... as a result, 2 nights in discomfort 3) the hotel tries to accommodate the maximum number of people, which ultimately spoils the whole impression. Queues for breakfast, lunch and dinner, queues at the elevators, pool no stone to fall. 4) if you ask the staff for something extra “book parking, extend check-in, or buy lunch or dinner”, even without looking at the computer they tell you that everything is booked or everything is busy (at least they tried to pretend to look into the computer, because you go in book a room on the site and gives you 1000 and 1 optionbut they have everything busy for you) as soon as you paid, they are not interested in you as a client, it is really felt 5) lunches and dinners - you pay 18€ per person but you pay separately for drinks when the food itself is of very low quality. There is a lot of food, but it is all tasteless, or leftovers from breakfast and lunch ... We came across raw meat .... and of course cleanliness: 6 or 10 plates with leftover food. Chaos due to the number of people in such a small space. Better go to a restaurant

Muy amable el personal

Restaurante pequeño y mucho agobio

La limpieza de la habitacion Siempre bien hecha y las chicas muy amables. La comida del buffet variada, pero esta vez estaba el hotel lleno y a veces costaba un buen rato encontrar una mesa para desayunar o cenar, las comidas estaban menos saturadas.

La mampara de la ducha no era suficiente para no inundar el lvabo y parte del zocalo y puerta corredera del lavabo estaba bufada de mas veces y no se podia cerrar, deberian revisar que todo estuviera correcto. Encuentro mal que el agua en las comidas y cenas se deba abonar a parte, para eso se paga una pension conoleta, entiendo que el vino y otros refrescos se cobren pero el agua, abusivo!

La animación buena por la gente que lo lleva por qué por la dirección del hotel? Patetico

Hotel nuevo, habitaciones amplias. Zona de piscina y hamacas muy bien con toboganes y juegos para niños.

Horario de comedor demasiado restrictivo. Que un desayuno acabe a las 9.30 tratándose de un sitio al que se supone que vas de vacaciones no me parece bien. La cena con fin a las 21.30h también lo veo demasiado pronto. Actuaciones de la noche muy simples y horario de miniclib irrisorio. De 11.30 a 13.30 y de 15 a 16h. Ampliaría sin duda las horas y reforzaría los animadores ya que sólo hay 2 para todo. Ubicación buena aunque con todo el paseo en obras no es su mejor momento sin duda.
