Apartments located in the best area of Denia, at the beginning of the Las Marinas road. Cozy and fully equipped accommodation a few meters from the beach. It has an elevator, terrace, internet access, community pool, covered car park in the same building. Included in the price: Ticket cleaning, bed linen, basic kitchen utensils and rational consumption of water, air conditioning, gas and electricity. It also offers a car park and free use of the sauna, gym, internet room and children's playroom with ball castle for children. Not included in the price: Towels, tablecloths and tea towels.
