Behavior and Visitors: Unauthorized visitors, disruptive behavior, or entering the property in a state of heavy intoxication will result in the loss of your €400 deposit, immediate cancellation of your stay, and potential reporting to local authorities.
Bicycles: Bringing bicycles into the property without prior authorization will incur a fee of €45 per bicycle.
