The contents of the rooms (such as: 2 custom umbrellas, 2 pool towels, 4 custom bath towels, 10 custom hangers, 2 custom glass water bottles, 1 air conditioning remote, 1 TV remote, hairdryer with wicker basket, scale, glass sand clock, DO NOT DISTURB sign) are the property of the hotel; therefore, if any of these items are missing at check-out, the customer will be charged on the credit card provided to the establishment. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product, or food, it is the guest's responsibility to inform the property's management before arrival. Your valuables can be stored in a safe in your room, or the property can store your valuables upon request. The establishment reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the storage of these items. In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable, you must notify the establishment before storing them. The property may refuse to store such valuable items.
