          8.1
          Fabulous
          Based on 1487 reviews
MH Olympus is a simple, quiet hotel in Benidorm, about 10-15 minutes’ walk from the beach. Guests praise the staff, cleanliness, varied breakfast and included drinks; good value for money. Recurring downsides: small pool and few sunbeds, dinners with less variety, somewhat dated rooms and occasional issues with the air conditioning or lifts. Ideal if guests seek good service and price, not if they want luxury or immediate beach access.

A simple and quiet hotel, with a decent buffet including self-service drinks from a vending machine. The staff at reception, the restaurant, the café, and room service were all very professional. Overall, it was a good experience, offering good value for money.

The hotel itself is very good, not far from the beach and close to shops. A comfortable and quiet hotel. I will definitely return. And above all, all the drinks were included. Very happy.
The food could be better in terms of variety, as there wasn't much to choose from. The breakfast was very good. However, there was no air conditioning, and even though it was November, it was extremely hot in the room.

I traveled during the Benidorm patron saint festivities, and the value for money was excellent. Other hotels were much more expensive.
The refrigerator in the room was very noisy, and it was especially noticeable in the silence of the night. I had to turn it off.

The entire staff at the hotel is truly excellent. Reception, cafeteria, buffet, pool bar, housekeeping, chefs, entertainment staff... everyone, and I say this with absolute sincerity, is excellent.
If I had to write something negative, I would say the distance to the beach, but there are many hotels that are even further away.

          Very good
We've been to this hotel several times. The facilities are fine, as is the food, so the price-performance ratio is more than acceptable.
It's a bit far from the beach, and on the other hand, I don't like having to put up with the typical groups of foreigners doing whatever they want. I'm sure they don't do that in their country.

That you have drinks included in lunch and dinner. although they are not top brands. You leave the savings in the car park lot (€15) daily or in car park meters, the area is for residents.
Food quality very very average, low-end product, poorly cooked. Cleaning of rooms very superficial or non-existent. Poor animation, unfriendly dining room staff, at least one waitress in particular. Bad communication ...........
Mal comunicado ...........

Everything very good, spacious, modern room, large bathroom with shampoo and gel in the shower, terrace with folding clothesline. The meals were very good, a lot of variety every day, everything was very clean, there was always food until the last minute, when they picked up the buffet.
The entertainment is a bit regular, a bit far from the beach (there is a slope...)

Very disappointing experience with Amimir.com. I paid around AED 300 and received a confirmed hotel booking, but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly. The price was very good
The price I found on Amimir was very competitive. The process to rezerve the hotel was very clear, by paying a small amount and later I paid the rest of the sum and I received the voucher. Hotel was great. Thank you!

          Great customer service!
I would like to give a huge thank you to Tomas Da Costa, a representative at Amimir UK, for providing such an outstanding customer service experience. I contacted Tomas with a last-minute request to change the number of rooms in my reservation, just before the payment was due to be charged to my credit card. Tomas was incredibly helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was that he went the extra mile to make sure my request was handled correctly and that everything was properly arranged. His attention to detail and willingness to take the extra time gave us peace of mind and allowed us to look forward to our trip without any worries. Tomas, you were amazing! Thank you so much for your exceptional help and customer service. It is rare to receive this level of care and dedication, and it truly made a difference.
