The dining room service from the waiters was excellent but the food had very little variety and the quality was very fair for being a 4????, I have been in hotels with a 3???? that they have turned it three times.

Good afternoon, the truth is that I had never booked with buscounchollo.com but the experience has been wonderful, I am used to traveling a lot and most of the time it is not what they offer, because in this case it has been to repeat not once but always, they have lavished themselves on attention, the hotel H10 porto poniente is wonderful, the staff treat you with luxury, the superb enclave even the very large parking lot, I traveled for my wife's birthday so I called to confirm and they have been kind enough to have a detail Thanks to the hotel manager and the hotel staff, we will see each other more times, greetings to all.
Buenas tardes, la verdad es que nunca habia reservado con buscounchollo.con pero la experiencia ha sido maravillosa, estoy acostumbrado a viajar bastante y la malloria de las veces no es lo que ofrecen, pues en este caso ha sido para repetir no una vez sino siempre , se han desecho en atenciones, el hotel H10 porto poniente marvilloso, el personal te tratan de lujo el enclave soberbio hasta el aparcamiento amplisimo, he viajado por el cumpleños de mi mujer pues llame para confirmar y han tenido la gentileza de tener un detalle, gracias al director del hotel y al personal del mismo, nos veremos mas veces, un saludo para todos.

The spectacular Hotel, the food is up to par and the friendly treatment. A hotel of ten. I would go back without a doubt.

The name of the Spa is a bit big. But since it was not one of my priorities, it does not affect my assessment.

This hotel is fantastic, for me of 10, facilities, staff, location, covid regulations, meals, incredible, coincidentally this trip coincided with my birthday, just on November 7, well, on behalf of the hotel director and the staff I found in our room 1 bottle of cava, birthday cake, accompanied and decorated with fruit, with a greeting card, I was really amazed. I will definitely return another time..????x???? Many thanks to Buscounchollo for these opportunities to travel. Hugs.
Este hotel es fantástico, para mi de 10, instalaciones, personal, ubicación, normas covid, comidas, increible, casualmente este viaje coincidia con mi cumpleaños, justo el dia 7 de Noviembre, pues bien de parte del director del hotel y del personal encontré en nuestra habitación 1 botella de cava, pastel de cumpleaños, acompañado y adornado con fruta, con una tarjeta de felicitación, de verdad me quedé asombradisimo. Volveré sin duda en otra ocasión..????x???? muchas gracias a Buscounchollo por estar oportunidades de viajar..Abrazos.

Very good treatment by all the hotel staff. The decoration of the entire hotel is very neat and welcoming. A 10 a hotel reception hall. highly recommended.
