The good thing is that there's a bus service every 15 minutes right next to the hotel for 10 cents per person, and it drops you off right in the shopping area. They have family rooms that are very nice because they're private but share a common hall. The Galician waiter at the bar was very friendly.
Lo positivo es que tiene servicio de bus cada 15' al lado del hotel por 0,10 céntimos por persona y te deja justo en la zona de compras.
Tienen unas habitaciones para familias que están muy bien ya que son independientes pero tienen un hall común.
El camarero gallego del bar muy amable.
The WiFi on the second floor is mediocre at best. Be careful with the car park; it's very tight for getting in and out.
El WiFi de la planta 2 regular tirando a mal.
Cuidado con el parking porque va muy justo para entrar y salir.

The room was very spacious and most of the staff were friendly. The breakfast (although repetitive) was delicious and had a wide variety.
None of the spa facilities were working (pool was empty, jacuzzi was cold, and sauna was not operational). The distance to the bus stop is also about 12 minutes which is not bad but the hotels’ description made it seem very close.

We have booked including breakfast but the elreservation was not and when tried to get in contact with esquiades.com was not possible. Food was atrocious on the 2 times we have eaten there. Very bad place and even worse agent

The room was quite comfortable. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was quite good.
La habitación bastante cómoda. La comida, tanto del desayuno como de la cena, estaba bastante buena.
We were supposed to have breakfast and dinner included, but they charged us for drinks at dinner (even water). At no point were we told that drinks weren't included. And then, looking at the wine list (via a QR code), it did say that tap water was available. But we weren't informed of this at any point, neither when we made the booking nor when we arrived.

The junior suite is very large and spacious. The bar drinks are very reasonably priced for a 4-star hotel. It has free ski lockers .

Access to the junior suites is via an elevator to the 7th floor. After walking down two hallways, you either take another elevator or climb the stairs, which is very inconvenient when you're carrying luggage. The elevator to the junior suites broke down, and we had to carry our suitcases down the stairs. There's no door separating the urinal from the rest of the bathroom, making it impractical. The buffet selection was rather limited, and they would run out of something and bring out something completely different, which was odd. The pool was cold for winter; it wasn't inviting.
El acceso a las junior suite es en un ascensor al 7° piso y despues de recoger 2 pasillos coges otro ascensor o subes x las escaleras,cuando vas cargado es muy incomodo. Se estropeo el ascensor de las junior suite y nos toco bajar las maletas por las escaleras.
Falta de puerta que separe el urinario del resto del baño por lo que no es practico su uso.
El buffet un poco escaso el surtido, y se acababa algo y sacaban otra cosa diferente muy raro.
La piscina estaba fria para ser invierno, no apetecia.

The room was very noisy due to the traffic on the main street. The heating was inadequate and only worked in the afternoon, so we were cold some nights. Only one elevator was working, and the wait was interminable. The hotel is very run down; it was a 4-star hotel in the 80s, but nowadays I think it would be a 2-star, 3 at most. And the car park ramps, besides being expensive, are a nightmare, and there are no assigned spaces, so it's a complete free-for-all.

Solo funcionaba un ascensor y la espera se hacía interminable. Hotel muy deteriorado, fue 4 estrellas en los 80, pero hoy en día creo que sería un 2 estrellas, 3 a lo sumo. Y las rampas del aparcamiento además de caro son infernales y no se designa plaza, por lo que es la jungla.

The hotel staff were very friendly and charming. Excellent daily cleaning and very good amenities: swimming pool, games room, bar… the Wi-Fi was fantastic.
