large rooms with terrace, excellent services, and attention from the staff of 10. the buffet is super varied and quality.

bathroom floor poorly cleaned, many hairs were seen. The first night we slept with the sheet full of holes. We asked for a change in the morning, which they did without a problem, but I had never seen anything like it. the neighbors can be heard perfectly, thin walls.
suelo del baño mal limpiado, se veian muchos pelos.
la primera noche dormimos con la sabana llena de agujeros. pedimos un cambio por la mañana que hicieron sin problema pero nunca habia visto algo asi.
los vecinos se escuchan perfectamente, paredes finas.

Hotel for French only. Apparently Spanish tourism is not important. All information in French. The fatal animation and only in French. There was no entertainment for children. The music at night of the 80s and everything in French Conclusion. Ideal hotel to sleep and eat.
Hotel solo para franceses. Al parecer el turismo español no es importante. Toda la información en francés.

Todo en general, trato agradable en servicio de comidas, repostería genial, variedad de comida, piscina exterior.
No wi-fi en habitaciones, sólo en recepción.

Ha mejorado mucho la amabilidad de su personal desde la última vez que estuve. Con vuestra oferta que incluye vino y agua en las comidas, te ahorras un buen pico.
Nunca está la habitación lista antes de las 13h., pero mientras esperas puedes usar sus instalaciones (solárium, piscina..). Debería de haber alguien que controlara el uso de la piscina climatizada. Los niños, ya sabemos que son niños, pero la piscina no es solo para ellos....

El hotel en si está muy bien ubicado, con muchas instalaciones a disposición de los clientes. Pistas de futbol/basquet, minigolf, futbolines,etc. además de una zona con jacuzzi en la última planta del hotel llamado "solarium"
La limpieza de la habitación la hicieron bastante rápido y sin reponer los jabones para poderse duchar.

El hotel estaba todo muy limpio, con todos los detalles, el personal amable y la comida del buffet estaba muy rica.
Que tendría que haber sido una oferta para más días (unos 3 o 4 días, en vez de dos como máximo).
