Binifarda Dor

Binifarda Dor enjoys a privileged location as it is located on a hill surrounded by nature; a very quiet area surrounded by pine trees. This area called Binifarda, is only 4 km away. from Felanitx. This spacious house that enjoys a lot of natural light has a main house where the kitchen/living/dining room and two bedrooms are located. The other three bedrooms are located outside, in a separate area of the house near the pool. On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining room and living room. It has a well-equipped kitchen with an island, a large dining table and a seating area. On this floor there is a bedroom with a single bed that has access to the outside and a separate bathroom with shower. From this floor and through a staircase you can access the bedroom that is on the top floor. It has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large corner bath. This bedroom can also be accessed via an external staircase. The other three bedrooms have access from the outside. They are located near the pool. There is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.. The two other two bedrooms have two single beds each and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The ground floor of the main house has underfloor heating. The bedroom that is on the first floor of the main house and the three exterior bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning (with fixed and limited hours) There is also a portable barbecue. From the covered terrace, going down a few steps, there is a wonderful pool (12m x 6m, depth 1m - 1.50m - 2.60m) with built-in steps. The poolside terrace is very spacious and has comfortable reclining loungers
