It is very close to a good beach such as Canyamel.

Very old rooms with very stained walls (it needs a coat of paint) and cardboard doors (you could hear any word spoken by those next door or in the hallway).we went down at 01:30 in the morning to reception to see if they could give us a chamomile tea and no matter how many times we called there was nobody....We had half board and we asked to change dinner for lunch and they said no (first time this has happened to me)...Drinks were not included, we asked for a glass of tap water and they refused (which by law is mandatory), so we asked for a large bottle and they didn't have any either.... We had to ask for two small ones. Hotel entertainment was also poor. In short, they do not deserve 4 stars by any means, a shame and of course we will not repeat or recommend.
Habitaciones muy viejas con paredes muy manchadas(hace falta una manita de pintura) y puertas prácticamente de cartón (se escuchaba cualquier palabra que hablasen los de al lado o del pasillo).Bajamos a la 01:30 de la madrugada a recepción a ver si nos podían dar una manzanilla y por más que llamamos no había nadie....Teníamos media pensión y preguntamos de cambiar la cena por la comida y nos dijeron que no(primera vez que me pasa)Las bebidas no estaban incluidas, pedimos un vaso de agua de grifo y se negaron(cosa de que por ley es obligatorio),por lo que pedimos una botella grande y tampoco tenían... Teníamos que pedir dos pequeñas. Animación del hotel escasa también. En definitiva, no merecen 4 estrellas ni por asomo, una pena y por supuesto no repetiremos ni recomendaremos.

Close to the beach, very good pool, very friendly staff. Large rooms with balcony and comfortable beds.
Cerca de la playa, piscina muy buena, personal muy amable. Habitaciones grandes con balcón y las camas son cómodas.
The hotel buffet is bad. They do what they can but the raw material is quite poor, industrial and repetitive.
El buffet del hotel es malo. Hacen lo que pueden pero la materia prima es bastante pobre, industrial y repetitiva.

The people at the hotel were very nice. The hotel facilities are also very good. The area in which the hotel is located, spectacular. Very good in general.
La gente del hotel súper amable. Las instalaciones del hotel, muy bien también. La zona en la que está el hotel, espectacular. Muy bien en líneas generales.

The buffet schedule ended very early. The double bed was a twin bed.

We liked the service and location

The facilities leave much to be desired, normal room, not a 4 star hotel, bad bathroom (damp and broken ceiling), air conditioning with sound and no parking.
Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, habitación normaliza no de hotel de 4 starts, baño fatal (techo humedades y roto), aire acondicionado con sonido y sin parking

Quiet location with all services
Ubicacion tranquila y con todos los servicios
Normal food. Breakfast and dinner were ok but at noon there was little variety. Hours focused on foreign tourists. At 21:00 the buffet was closed, the dinner time could have been extended a little more. For example, until 10 p.m.
Comida normalita. Desayuno y cena estaban bien pero al mediodia habia poca variedad. Horarios enfocados para los turistas extranjeros. A las 21 se cerraba el buffet, se podria haber alargado un poco mas la hora de cenar. Por ejemplo, hasta las 22 horas

The room was spacious and the mattresses very comfortable.

Dining hours are from 6 to 9 pm and the pool closes at 6 pm. Too early

Perfect quality/price ratio. Friendly staff. Rooms quite good 8/10. Buffet 7'5/10 little variety but enough quality. All inclusive very correct. Quiet area and in front of the sea almost. Quiet atmosphere hotel. I recommend it.
Perfecto calidad/precio. Personal amable. Habitaciones bastante bien 8/10. Buffet 7'5/10 poca variedad pero bastante calidad. Todo incluido muy correcto. Zona tranquila y delante del mar casi. Ambiente tranquilo hotel. Lo recomiendo.
There is nothing to draw attention to for the worse.
No hay nada que llame la atención para mal.
