Dirty apartment, the balcony full of cigarette butts on the floor, there were no towels or pillowcases, disgusting, few blankets. the building full of uncontrolled kids partying until the wee hours, they broke doors and the elevator and there was no one to stop them.

Numerous incidents during this booking. First, the noise. We are not talking about the walls being poorly insulated and the neighbor's television slightly audible. We're talking about parties with music until 4 in the morning, people drinking alcohol in the hallways as if this were a nightclub. Every day. On many floors, in many apartments, in all blocks. Volume that prevents you from sleeping or even listening to the television itself. In the mornings there is the smell of alcohol in the hallways due to broken bottles or remains from those parties and dirty used clothes thrown in the hallways. In the reserve, as you can see, there was an apartment for a family with two small children, who have not been able to sleep. Second, the facilities. Even after calling to ask what was and wasn't in the apartments, they were not as they had said. In one of them we have not had towels. We have complained about them on many occasions from the moment we arrived and they ignored us. In the other, there was no toilet paper. It's not serious. In one of the reserved apartment blocks, Block 1, of the 2 elevators installed, none of them are working. We have notified the people responsible (they already knew and had not called yet) and in the 5 days we have been there it was not repaired. We have asked for a locker to leave our skis and not go up 4 floors with the two children exhausted from the day, with their skis and boots and they have charged us 4.5eur for a locker in which only the skis have fit and badly, only because two pairs are very small. This booking has been a joke, in bad taste. These types of apartments are only recommended for very young people who come to join those parties. Of course it is completely inappropriate for families or anyone who wants to go skiing and sleep at night.
Numerosas incidencias durante esta reserva.
Primero, el ruido. No estamos hablando de que las paredes estén poco aisladas y se escuche ligeramente la televisión del vecino. Estamos hablando de fiestas con música hasta las 4 de la madrugada, gente bebiendo alcohol en los pasillos como si esto fuera una discoteca. Todos los días. En muchas plantas, en muchos apartamentos, en todos los bloques. Volumen que impide dormir o siquiera escuchar la propia televisión. Por las mañanas olor a alcohol en los pasillos por botellas rotas o restos de esas fiestas y ropa sucia usada tirada por los pasillos. En la reserva como ven había un apartamento para una familia con dos niños pequeños, que no han podido dormir.
Segundo, las instalaciones. Aún habiendo llamado para preguntar qué había y qué no en los apartamentos, éstos no estaban como habían dicho. En uno de ellos no hemos tenido toallas. Las hemos reclamado en multitud de ocasiones desde el momento en que llegamos y nos hicieron caso omiso. En el otro, no habia papel higiénico. No es serio.
En uno de los bloques de los apartamentos reservados, el Bloque 1, de 2 ascensores instalados no han funcionando ninguno. Hemos avisado a las personas responsables (ya lo sabían y no habían llamado aún) y en los 5 dias que hemos estado no estaba reparado. Hemos preguntado por un locker para dejar los esquíes y no subir 4 plantas con los dos niños agotados del día, con sus esquíes y sus botas y nos han cobrado 4,5eur por un locker en el que han cabido solamente los esquíes y mal, solo porque dos pares son muy pequeños.
Esta reserva ha sido una broma, de mal gusto. Este tipo de apartamentos solo están recomendados para gente muy joven que venga a unirse a esas fiestas. Desde luego es completamente inapropiado para familias o cualquier persona que quiera ir a esquiar y dormir por las noches.

The location is excellent and the cleanliness quite good. Mountain views and heating in perfect condition

When we arrived we didn't have any towels, we couldn't shower until the next day when I had to ask for them 4 times. The kitchen utensils were very scarce, there was no kitchen cloth to dry your hands, nor dishes to wash them. Knives and pots of poor quality. Very little toilet paper for 4 people. The pillows were very thin and the sofa bed base was very uncomfortable, we had to put the mattress on the floor for greater firmness.
Cuando llegamos no teníamos ninguna toalla, no pudimos ducharnos hasta el día siguiente que tuve que pedirlas en 4 ocasiones. El menaje de cocina muy escaso, no había trapo de cocina para secarte las manos, ni friega platos para poder lavarlos. Los cuchillos y ollas de mala calidad.
Papel higiénico muy poco para 4 personas.
Las almohadas muy finas y el somier del sofá muy incómodo, tuvimos que poner el colchón en el suelo para mayor firmeza.

Impossible to sleep at night because of the groups of young people. The security that exists does nothing about it. There is no furniture to leave clothes, wardrobe, drawers... Very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows.
Imposible dormir por las noches por los grupos de gente joven. La seguridad que hay no hace nada al respecto. No hay mobiliario para dejar la ropa, armario, cajones... Colchones y almohadas muy incómodos.

It cleans very well. The apartment is very correct.
La neteja molt bé. L'apartament molt correcte.
Quite noisy because there were groups of rascals and the elevator was not working. Car Park is for small cars, forget about SUVs and very wide cars.
Força soroll perque hi havia grups de canalla i l'acensor no funcionava. El parking es per cotxes petits, oblideu-vos de cotxes SUV i molt amples.

There is no control over the guests who are large groups of kids who do not stop coming and going at all hours of the night and making it impossible to rest properly. The light went out constantly and the heating was turned off, so between the noise of the people and the low temperature it was very difficult to rest well. The lift broke down 3 out of the 4 days we went which forced us to walk up the equipment 4 floors after skiing all day and no one seemed to take responsibility. There were two elevators but neither worked.
No hay control sobre los huéspedes que son grupos grandes de chavales que no paran de entrar y salir a todas horas de la noche y hace imposible descansar correctamente.
La luz se iba constantemente y se apagaba la calefacción por lo que entre los ruidos de la gente y la temperatura baja hacia muy complicado descansar bien.
El ascensor se estropeó 3 de los 4 días que fuimos lo que nos obligó a después de esquiar todo el día subirse andando el material 4 pisos y nadie parecía hacerse responsable. Había dos ascensores pero ninguno funcionó.
