It is located in Puerto de la Cruz on the island of Tenerife, about 2Kms from the beach. It enjoys privileged views of the Teide, the Orotava Valley and the Atlantic Ocean.

The hotel has 24-hour reception, air conditioning, outdoor car park (for a fee), Wi-Fi and SPA (payable directly at the hotel).
