Apartamentos Monte Gorbea (Nievemar)

The Monte Gorbea Apartments are ideal accommodations for those who want to go skiing to Sierra Nevada since they are in the same town. Only 500 m from there is the square where you can take the access to the ski resort.

Key collection takes place from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Avenida Fuente del Tesoro nº50, Edificio Tuvesa, Local 1 . If you arrive later than this time, you will have to pay a supplement.

At the time of collection, you must leave a deposit of € 50 per person (minimum € 200 per apartment), which will be returned at the time of delivery of keys in case of no damage.

The apartments have all the necessary services to enjoy a magnificent stay: kitchen, bathroom, microwave, television, etc ...

The accommodation also has interior car park spaces where vehicles can be left and their places are subject to availability.

Distribution of apartments according to their capacity:

• Studio for 2 people : Living room with double sofa bed + cabin * with bunk bed. It has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower or bathtub.
• Studio for 2 to 3 people : Living room with double sofa bed + cabin * with bunk bed. It has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower or bathtub.
• Studio for 2 to 4 people : Living room with double sofa bed + cabin * with bunk bed. It has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower or bathtub.
• 1 bedroom apartment for 4 people: there are 1 bedroom apartments with different distributions such as: living room with double sofa bed + room with two single beds or living room with double sofa bed + double bed or living room with double sofa bed + 1 bunk bed (2 beds ). It also has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower or bathtub.

* Remember that a cabin is a small study room. The cabin is NOT a room.

As we have indicated, the keys will be delivered from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Reception of the Apartments . Customers who plan to arrive later must contact first.

• The delivery of keys from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. carries a supplement of 10 euros for direct payment at the accommodation.
• From 23:01 to 01:00 hours carries a supplement of 20 euros of direct payment at the accommodation.
• The delivery of keys from 01:01 hours to 3:00 carries a supplement of 30 euros of direct payment at the accommodation.
• The delivery of keys from 03:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. carries a supplement of 50 euros of direct payment at the accommodation.
