Everything is Great, value for the money. Variety food during breakfast and dinner. Nice big terrace.
Maybe should be open another one entrance of the complex. Is a big complex and if you stay on the other side, you need quite to walk till the entrance. Everything else is great

The photos they upload to attract customers are of superior rooms, not basic rooms with their old, neglected and obsolete furniture like the one we booked based on the photos that Amimir.com presents of this establishment, in which you can see simple but beautiful rooms...well, nothing to see!! In addition, the bathroom was closed, dark and without ventilation, to die of heat, not to mention the sanitary pieces from the war and the pipes outside the wall. On the terrace there were some broken tiles and the remote control for the TV did not work. There was no air conditioning, but for the modest deposit of €20 you could take a fan from reception. Basic, not the next best thing!!
Las fotos que suben para atraer clientes son de habitaciones superiores, no suben las habitaciones básicas con su mobiliario antiguo, descuidado y obsoleto como la que reservamos basándonos en las fotos que Amimir. com presenta de este establecimiento, en la que se pueden ver habitaciones sencillas pero preciosas ...pues nada que ver!! Además, el baño era cerrado, oscuro y sin ventilación, para morirte de calor, por no hablar de las piezas sanitarias de la guerra y las tuberías por fuera de la pared.
En la terraza algunas locetas rotas y el mando de la tele no funcionaba. No había aire acondicionado, pero por el módico depósito de 20€ podías llevarte un ventilador de la recepción.
Básico no, lo siguiente!!

The facilities are very good, three swimming pools, tennis, mini golf, soccer field... The apartments with what is necessary, very correct. Comfortable beds and very quiet.

The window of my bedroom (double), overlooked a passageway and if I had the blinds open all the people passing by could see me. I had to close the curtain and it was very hot that way. Little privacy in my room.

The accommodation was very good. It is spacious. The buffet was tasty although there was not much variety (it was small). But the stay was very pleasant. There is plenty of parking outside the apartment so it is very easy to park.
El alojamiento estaba muy bien. Es amplio. El buffet estaba rico aunque no había mucha variedad (era pequeñito). Pero la estancia fue muy agradable. Hay mucho aparcamiento fuera del apartamento por lo que se aparca con mucha facilidad.
The apartments do not have air conditioning. In the morning the sun starts to shine and if the apartment is closed it is very hot. But as soon as you open the apartment it is cool and at night there is no need.
Los apartamentos no tienen aire acondicionado. A partir de por la mañana empieza a dar el sol y si está cerrado el apartamento hace mucho calor. Pero en cuanto abres se está fresquito y por la noche no hace falta.

We were not informed that to have an air-conditioned room we had to pay more (in buscounchollo). Or "rent" a penguin from 60€ per day...in 2021 it seems surreal to me that you have to pay supplements for air conditioning. And above all, that the offer does not put this information!

Lots of cockroaches, even under my bed... I couldn't sleep thinking that they could get into my bed because they were flying. I have not felt comfortable at all, they should fumigate, with a good fumigation this would not happen. It is very unhygienic, the tension of looking at the floor in case you step on one... on top of that it was a gift for my partner and I did not look good at all, we just wanted to get out of there, horrible.
Muchísimas cucarachas, incluso debajo de mi cama.. no logre dormir pensando que podían meterse en mi cama ya que volaban. No me he encontrado nada cómoda, deberían de fumigar, con una buena fumigación esto no pasaría. Es muy antihigiénico, la tensión de mirar al suelo por si pisas alguna... encima era un regalo para mi pareja y no he quedado nada bien, nada más que teníamos ganas de marcharnos de allí, horrible.

The only good thing is the attention of the staff, very friendly.
Lo unico bueno es la atención del personal, muy amables.
There are bedrooms with only one window that is like a chimney/brings light, there is no air flow with only one window in the living room.
There are cockroaches all over the complex and they sneak into the bedrooms, when we complained to the reception, they told us that it is normal in Tenerife and that they fumigate 3 times a month, so every day we had to check the room to kill cockroaches before going to sleep.
The buffet food was of very poor quality, and there was little to choose from.
The cleanliness of the bedrooms was very poor, they did not ski pass the broom and less scrub, as we killed bugs and there on the floor were still there, they only made the bed and in a bad way.
It is a place where I would not return or recommend, there are many other places to choose from.
Hay habitaciones con única ventana que es como una chimenea/traga luz, no corre aire con unico ventanal en el salón.
Hay cucarachas por todo el complejo y se cuelan en las habitaciones, al realizar la queja en recepción, nos dicen que es normal en Tenerife y que fumigar 3 veces al mes, así que todos los días revibabamos la habitación para matar cucarachas antes de dormir.
La comida del bufet muy regular de calidad, y poco donde elegir.
La limpieza de las habitaciones muy deficiente, no pasaban la escoba y menos fregar, ya que matabamos bichos y allí en el suelo seguían, solo hacían la cama y de mala manera.
Es un sitio donde no volvería ni recomendaría, hay muchísimos otros sitios donde escoger.
