They are always hospitable, they try to please everyone but they lack staff, I imagine due to the low occupancy. The cleaning was very good except for the terraces, which I scrubbed when I arrived. Noa got the biggest one and has a huge terrace that is a joy. Clean kitchen utensils and enough for what they are
Son siempre hospitalarios , intentan agradar a todo pero les falta personal me imagino que x la baja ocupación . La limpieza muy bien salvo las terrazas q las fregué yo cuando llegue. There is no reception, they gave us control of the room at night. The hot water did not work the first day, the second we called as there was still no receptionist and it is true that a maintenance man came after 10 minutes but the solution was to let the water run until the hot water arrived. We spent almost an hour with all the taps open (a shame, on the other hand), it came out warm... so we didn't throw more water, so we showered like that. The next day, the same thing, we decided to heat water to shower so we wouldn't bother again, but nothing happened because they told us to change apartments, we didn't want to change everything and we believed it was the only solution. The microwave didn't spin so it didn't heat well, or it stayed cold or it burned in certain areas.
No hay recepción , nos facilitaron el mando de la habitación por la noche . El agua caliente el primer día no funcionaba , el segundo llamamos ya que seguía sin haber recepcionista y es verdad que vino un hombre de mantenimiento a los 10 minutos pero la solución fue dejar caer agua hasta que llegara la caliente . Estuvimos casi una hora con todos los grifos abiertos (una pena x otro lado ) salió templada … x no tirar más agua nos duchamos así. Al día siguiente igual , decidimos calentar agua para ducharnos x no volver molestar pero las q nada x si nos decían de cambiar de apartamento, no queríamos cambiarlo todo y creíamos q era la única solución . El microondas no daba vueltas x lo q no calentaba bien , o se quedaba frío o se quemaba x zonas .

The worst of all and why I feel cheated is because in the bargain says distance from the beach 0.300 meters and the beach is more than 1 km and a half. In addition they enter the apartment without warning, we arrived on several occasions and there were people inside looking I do not know that .... has not missed anything, but I did not like that at all!!!
La piscina de los apartamentos está masificada, ya que además de que son muchos apartamentos, la piscina esta compartida con un hotel, por lo que es absolutamente imposible tener un sitio. Lo peor de todo y por lo que me siento estafado es porque en el chollo pone distancia de la playa 0.300 metros y la playa se encuentra a más de 1 km y medio. Además entran al apartamento sin avisar, llegamos en varias ocasiones y había gente dentro mirando no se que.... no ha faltado nada, pero eso no me ha gustado nada!!

Our opinion improved as we stayed in the apartment. At first the entrance / reception of the apartments we did not like anything, because although later we realized that you could also enter through the hotel, the apartment entrance itself should be like a back door, where they keep things maintenance, street poorly maintained and dirty with garbage cans and garbage in the streets.....nothing to do with the main entrance of the hotel .free parking but scarce but luckily we could park in nearby street .beach is about 10 minutes walk.... do not know if that is 150m as advertised ....otherwise all correct, comfortable sofa, spacious apartment and good facilities.
Nuestra opinión fue mejorando a medida que estuvimos en el apartamento. Al principio la entrada/ recepción de los apartamentos no nos gusto nada , pues aunque luego nos dimos cuenta que también se podía entrar por el hotel, la propia entrada de apartamentos debe ser como una puerta trasera , donde guardan cosas de mantenimientos, calle poco cuidada y sucia con cubos de basura y basura en las calles.....nada que ver con la entrada principal del hotel .Aparcsmiento libre pero escaso pero por suerte pudimos aparcar en calle cercana .playa está a unos 10 minutos andando.... no sé si eso es 150m como publicitan ....por lo demás todo correcto, sofá cómodo , apartamento amplio y buenas instalaciones

The apartment we stayed in had incredible views and was perfect in itself.
El apartamento que nos tocó vistas increíbles y en si perfecto.
The kitchen is scarce in pans and pots for cooking. Cutlery is also scarce. The facilities are in need of a good restoration.
