We already repeated, so this means that we liked it a lot and without a doubt we would do it again.

If I had to make a complaint it would be not being able to adjust the temperature (heating) in the rooms.
Si tuviera que poner alguna pega sería el no poder graduar la temperatura (calefacción) en las habitaciones.

We arrived on Friday at 10 pm and although the restaurant closed the kitchen at 9:45 they made us dinner. They were very kind.

A wonderful hotel; quiet, beautiful, clean, comfortable and with super friendly staff. Ideal for skiing in nearby resorts

The restaurant service is very limited. You can only order cold dishes (cheese or Iberian platters, sausage toasts). A shame with the hall so nice that it has to have some portions
El servicio de restauración es muy limitado. Tan solo se pueden pedir platos fríos (tablas de quesos o ibéricos, tostas de embutidos). Una pena con el hall tan agradable que tiene para tomar unas raciones

Nothing to highlight, correct treatment, with car park areas, pretty good breakfast
Nada que destacar, un trato correcto ,con zonas para aparcar, desayuno bastante bueno
I didn't like that in the room the wallpaper was peeling off in some corner, that gives a bit of an image of neglect, in the maintenance and care of the details, and also the floor of the room being very nice natural wood, but with worn areas without care. It is not that complicated to cut and varnish if you want to maintain the impeccable appearance of a 4* hotel, not like a seedy hotel where you would understand that they cannot afford to do maintenance.
No me ha gustado , que en la habitación el papel pintado estaba despegado en alguna esquina ,eso da un poco una imagen de dejadez,en el mantenimiento y cuidado de los detalles ,y también el suelo de la habitación siendo madera natural muy bonita , pero con zonas desgastadas sin cuidar . No es tan complicado acuchillar y barnizar si quieres mantener el aspecto impecable de un hotel de 4* ,no como un hotel de mala muerte que ahí entendería que no les da para hacer el mantenimiento.
