It is very close to the slopes, the staff is very friendly, it has ski lockers , it makes things a lot easier. Clean rooms, good atmosphere. Some nights they have live music in the bar area, but it's okay because it seems well soundproofed and we were able to rest.
Está muy cerca de las pistas, el personal es muy amable, tiene guardaesquís, facilita mucho las cosas. Las habitaciones limpias, buen ambiente. Alguna noche tienen música en directo en la zona de bar, pero está bien porque parece bien insonorizado y pudimos descansar.
The descent from the car park lot to the -2 floor is terribly small, but they already warn in advance at reception and with signs, only small cars can go down, long cars get stuck. They gave us a room overlooking an interior patio.
La bajada del parking a la planta -2 es terriblemente pequeña, pero ya lo avisan con antelación en recepción y con carteles, solo pueden bajar coches pequeños, los coches largos se quedan atascados. Nos dieron una habitación con vistas a un patio interior.

All perfect. Warm and welcoming hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to slopes.
Todo perfecto. Hotel cálido y acogedor. Personal muy amable y atento. Muy cerca de pistas.
Very small car park lot. The entire town of Pas de la Casa is a blue zone, an average of €9/day. Shower without pressure and temperature difficult to adjust.
Parquing muy pequeño. Todo el pueblo de Pas de la Casa es zona azul, una media de 9€/dia. Ducha sin presión y temperatura difícil de graduar.

The location is unbeatable, super good service, it has car park (check rates at reception), the food in our case the breakfast was very complete, the highlight in my case is the possibility of making French omelettes on the spot. It stores very comfortable skis and has a small SPA but it does its job.
La localización es inmejorable, atención super buena, tiene parking de pago, la comida en nuestro caso el desayuno muy completo lo más destacado en mi caso es la posibilidad de hacer tortillas francesas en el momento.
Guarda esquis muy cómodos y tiene SPA pequeño pero cumple con su función.
If you access the SPA you should have the alternative of a shower with cold water to cool off or change the temperature from hot to cold. There is only hot water.
En caso de acceder al SPA debería de tener la alternativa de una ducha con agua fría para poder refrescarte o hacer el cambio de temperatura frio calor.
Solo hay agua caliente.

Proximity to the ski slopes, you can go with your boots on walking just 50 meters. The hotel staff was very nice and Leire, the bar employee, was very helpful and attentive.
Proximidad a las pistas de esquí, puedes ir con las botas puestas caminando apenas 50 metros. El personal del hotel muy majo y Leire, la empleada de barra en el bar, muy servicial y atenta.
For a 4-star hotel, it is old, with aspects that need to be renovated, leaks in ceilings and walls, bathroom doors peeling underneath, a pitted bathtub, a room for three with a sofa bed for the third person... and above all Everything, the spa service that in most of the 4-star hotels in Pas de la Casa, is included in the price, in this one it is paid and is not cheap.
Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, esta viejete, con aspectos que necesitan ser renovados, goteles en techos y paredes, puertas de baños peladas por debajo, bañera picada, habitación para tres con un sofa cama para la tercera persona... y sobre todo, el servicio de spa que en la mayoría de los hoteles de Pas de la Casa de 4 estrellas, entra dentro del precio, en este es de pago y no es barato.
