Highly recommended. I booked the double room with PortAventura tickets and we had a very enjoyable few days there; the staff were very friendly too.

Everything perfect. Unbeatable quality/price.
The hotel staff are very helpful and attentive. The room is large and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is all very good with a wide variety. Both hot and cold items, as well as savory and sweet.

The dinner buffet is very small… but everything is tasty! The hotel swimming pool closes at 7pm. We hardly had time to swim. They could extend it a little longer. We went there in June and temperatures were very high. It would have been nice to be able to cool off in the pool.
And then you’re not allowed to stay outside in the outdoor seating area. They close the whole area at 7pm as well.

La piscina del hotel cierra a las 19h. No nos dió casi tiempo de bañarnos. Podrían alargar un poco más. Fuimos ahora para Junio y con temperaturas muy altas. Nos hubiera venido bien podernos refrescar en la piscina.
Y luego no te permiten quedarte fuera en la zona exterior de sofás y mesas exteriores. Te cierran el recinto tb a las 19h.

The hotel is nice, the staff top-notch, very friendly and professional. The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. The buffet is good, the food was very well prepared, there was quite a variety, and we arrived late in the day; even so they replenish until the last moment and clear the tables, attending to guests very politely. The pool was very clean, with ambient music that isn’t disruptive, and there is a very comfortable area to have a drink. There is also a room like a library, with armchairs, TV and a billiards table, and although we missed a bit of children's reading equipment , since we were with kids, that isn’t something to note negatively. They have a bus every half hour that takes you to Port Aventura, which I think is fantastic. We loved the stay and it has surely become our go-to hotel when we go to Port Aventura and Salou.
El hotel es bonito, el personal de 10, muy amables y profesionales. Las habitaciones grandes, muy limpias y cómodas. El buffet es bueno, la comida estaba muy bien cocinada,había bastante variedad y eso que nosotros llegamos ya a ultima hora, aún así reponen hasta último momento y recogen las mesas y atienden muy amablemente. La piscina estaba muy limpia ,con música ambiental nada molesta, tiene una zona muy cómoda para tomarte algo. También hay una sala como una biblioteca,con sillones ,TV y un billar y aunque hemos hechas en falta algo de lectura infantil,ya que íbamos con niños, NO es algo que reseñar de forma negativa .Tienen un bus cada media hora que te lleva a Port Aventura,eso me ha parecido genial la verdad.Nos ha encantado la estancia y seguro se ha convertido en nuestro hotel de cabecera cuando vayamos tanto a Port Aventura como a Salou.

It's a complete waste of money to sleep in a place where you can't rest because of the hundreds of slamming doors. Seriously, can't they put some rubber seals on the doors to prevent such loud banging? It's impossible to sleep, I'm talking from 6:15 in the morning onwards... It's shameful not being able to enjoy a day at the water park because I couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Lo mejor de la estancia fue la relación calidad-precio del paquete, que incluía entradas a PortAventura y nos permitió disfrutar del parque al máximo. También nos sorprendió muy positivamente el servicio de transporte gratuito entre el hotel y el parque, que resultó muy cómodo y útil. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda.
Como aspectos negativos, aunque la habitación era amplia, los muebles se veían algo antiguos y desgastados, por lo que el espacio daba una sensación poco actualizada y mejorable en cuanto a renovación.
En cuanto al desayuno, la experiencia no fue del todo satisfactoria, ya que el buffet estaba poco repuesto pese a estar dentro del horario, y se observaron algunos problemas de higiene en determinados alimentos.
