This villa is in the resort of Puerto del Carmen, 10 minutes from downtown, where encotrará numerous places where you can taste the typical dishes of the island as well as fresh fish. Also nearby are the shops, bars, pubs and restaurants. A stop for public transport about 200 -300 meters away. The beach is 500 m and the nearest nightclub 700 m. This two-storey villa, opened in 1998 and was renovated in 2000. It features a garden of 280 sqm, with terrace and barbecue area, a heated pool and car park. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with hairdryer and a spacious cupboard, the others have fitted wardrobes and a separate bathroom room. Also in the village there are living room, dining room with satellite TV, radio, DVD player, safe, ironing set, kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. In the upstairs there is a second terrace. In the garden you will find a private pool with umbrellas and sunbeds.
