Apartments located in the ski resort of Val Thorens, directly on the slopes.

When you arrive at your destination, please contact the real estate agency that we will provide you with when confirming your booking. They will provide you with the keys to your accommodation. In your travel voucher you will find the necessary information with the address.

The location of the apartments/studios are to be confirmed and will be confirmed at the moment of arrival at the real estate agency (if you need us to give you the exact location, please contact us and we will do our best). in case there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same booking, to confirm them in the same building, but it can NOT be guaranteed, in case there is no availability in the same building we will try to place them as close as possible.

The location and address that appears on the website and on the confirmation voucher refer to the real estate agency.

Reception of the real estate agency:

• Saturdays : 09:00h to 7:30 p.m. (access to the apartments from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., departure from the apartment compulsory before 10:00h. and key handover at the real estate agency).
• Sundays : 9:00 am to 12:00h pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 12:00h and 15:30h to 19:30hh.

Distribution of the accommodation according to its capacity:

• Studios 2 people: Living room with sofa-bed for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
• Studios 3 people: Living room with sofa-bed for two people + folding bed + kitchen + bathroom.
• Studios 4 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + folding bed + kitchen + bathroom.
• Studio 4 people with cabin: Living room with sofa bed for two people + cabin with bunk beds for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
• Apartment 4 people (1 room + cabin): Living room with sofa bed for two people + cabin with bunk beds for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
• Apartment for 4 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + bedroom with 2 beds or bunk beds for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
• Apartment for 6 people (1 room) Type A: One double room + double bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.
• Apartment for 6 people (1 room + cabin) Type B: One double room + cabin with 2 beds or bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.
• Apartment for 6 people (2 rooms) Type A: Two double rooms + double bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.

The price does not include: towels, sheets and tourist tax required by the French government and final cleaning.

*Tourist tax : 1€ person/night. Direct payment on arrival.

Deposit deposit:

- Apartments/studios 2 or 3 people: 350€ per apartment.

- Apartments/studios 4 or 5 people: 400€ per apartment.

- Apartments/studios6 people 500€ per apartment.

- Apartments/studios8 to 10 people 600 to 1500€ per apartment.

This must be paid by credit card where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.

About cancellations and modifications: In case of wanting to amend an apartment that influences a change of apartment will be considered as a cancellation.
