The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is a very practical hotel with a very good design. The rooms were huge with and the bathrooms were spotless. The terrace was very spacious and with excellent views of the pool area and the sea.
La localización del hotel es inmejorable. Es un hotel muy práctico y con muy buen diseño.
Las habitaciones eran enormes con y los baños estaban impecables.
La terraza era muy amplia y con excelentes vistas a la zona de piscina y al mar.
The elevator broke down so we had to exercise by walking up and down the stairs.
Se estropeó el ascensor así que tuvimos que hacer ejercicio a pie subiendo y bajando escaleras.

We have had a wonderful weekend. Incredible facilities. The food the same. And the hotel staff unbeatable. We will repeat!!!!
Hemos estado un finde semana maravilloso.

The entertainment of adults at night poor very poor. Very good for children but few imagine for adults night.

The great situation, the animation too, the only thing that depending on the area they give you in the apartment catches you a little far from the common areas, swimming pool, dining room...
La situacion genial la animacion tambien,lo unico que segun la zona que te den de apartamento te pilla algo lejos de las zonas comunes,piscina,comedor...

Many different spaces, 3 pools to choose from depending on the desired environment. Children's pool highly recommended if you go with small children. The food is good, varied, dinners every night and all delicious. We are happy that we chose these apartments for our vacation. Highly recommended!????
Muchos espacios diferentes, 3piscinas a elegir en función del ambiente deseado. Piscina infantil muy recomendable si vas con niños pequeños.
La comida buena, variada, cenas cada noche y todo rico.
Estamos contentos de haber elegido estos apartamentos para nuestras vacaciones.

Very slippery tiles on the children's pool terrace. Reception staff unwilling to answer questions or give tourist information about the area. Very crowded dining room and pools (you can enjoy the children's pool without stress at midday).
Baldosas muy deslizantes en terraza piscina infantil.
Personal de recepción con poca predisposición a resolver dudas o a dar información turística sobre la zona.
Comedor y piscinas muy masificados (podrás disfrutar de la piscina infantil sin agobios al mediodía).

The hotel is nice, the food is good.

The nearby beach is a bit ugly. The WiFi of the hotel did not reach the room.

The check in time is very late, and the check out time is very early at 17:00 and 10:00 respectively.
It is true that we arrived at 4 pm and they gave us the apartment without any problem.
Las hora del check in es muy tarde, y la del check out muy temprano 17 y 10 horas respectivamente.
Bien es cierto que llegamos a las 16 h y nos dieron el apartamento sin ningün problema.

The ideal hotel to rest with children. The staff was very friendly. Incredible super king size bed, cleanliness a 10, many staff constantly disinfecting.
El hotel ideal para descansar con niños. El personal muy amable. Increible la cama super king size, la limpieza un 10, mucho personal desinfectando constantemente.
The only negative thing is that I ordered a picnic to take away at the buffet because we were spending the day out, and the menu was poor. I give the hotel buffet a 10 for quality and variety.
Lo unico negativo es qúe pedi picnic para llevar en el buffet porque pasabamos dia afuera, y fue pobre el menu. Igual al buffet del hotel, le doy un 10 por calidad y variedad.
