Good air conditioning in the apartments and generally good facilities.
Muy positivo: teníamos un apartamento con un dormitorio y nos pusieron uno de dos, uno de los cuales con decoración de piratas para los niños y el otro una gran cama para dormir con el bebé, además de la cuna, que no lo usamos, pero es un detalle a agradecer. Pensábamos que el check in era a partir de las 5, comimos fuera y nos dijeron que si queríamos nos dejaban esa comida para el último día, no la usamos porque teníamos muchas horas de viaje pero también fue un detalle muy bueno, así como el dejarnos meter el coche en el garaje para cargar las maletas y dejar a los niños esa mañana usar las piscinas . Buen aire acondicionado en los apartamentos y en general buenas instalaciones.

Very clean pools and very fun entertainers.
Piscinas muy limpias y animdores/as muy divertidos.
They should improve the buffet and stop serving inedible products. I give an example of pizza, which is literally inedible. Also, most of the time I wanted to serve myself a gazpacho, either there wasn't one, or the garnish was sold out. In short, I missed more variety of typical food for children. My children eat everything, but on holiday they eat. They have the expectation that they could eat pizza, nugets, croquettes... And, either they didn't exist, or they were inedible.
Deben mejorar el buffet y dejar de servir productos incomibles. Pongo ejemplo en la pizza, que literalmente es incomible.
También, la mayoría de veces que quise servirme un gazpacho, o ni había, o la guarnición estaba agotada.
En resumen, eché en falta más variedad de comida típica para niños. Mis hijos comen de todos, pero en vacaciones ellos. Llevan la espectativa de que podrían comer pizza, nugets, croquetas... Y, o no existían, o estaban incomibles.

The mattress on the sofa bed was pretty lousy and there were ants in the apartment. Since the complex was so large, it was quite a walk from where we were staying (near the children's Splash area) to the dining room or the main pool.
