Perfect location, clean modern room !!
Walls are so thin from footsteps to very loud rowdy school groups you could not even begin to try sleeping before 11:30pm !! Only complaint the noise was consistently unacceptable for the duration of the stay.

The shuttle service to Funicamp is one of the highlights. For meals, you obviously won't find entrecote or pumpkin and caramelized onion ravioli, but there are always a couple of tasty options (meatballs, stuffed peppers, holidaye, beef in reduction sauce, etc.). The buffet staff were very helpful. The lobby is spacious and the sofas are comfortable. The triple room is very nice. Car Park spaces are ample.

En las comidas, obviamente no encontrarás un entrecot o ravioles de calabaza y cebolla caramelizada, pero siempre encontramos un par de opciones sabrosas (albóndigas, pimientos rellenos, callos, carne en reducción..). Las chicas y chicos del buffet fueron muy correctos. El lobby es amplio y los sofás cómodos. La habitación triple está muy bien. Plazas de pk amplias.
Two elevators are insufficient for so many people. During breakfast and check-out times, for example, they're completely jammed. Having groups of students and families or other types of guests at the same time isn't a good idea. It should be one or the other. It's illogical that we have to adapt to their activity schedules. We were given the room closest to the elevators... impossible to sleep after 7:30 am!
Solo 2 ascensores es poco para tanta gente. En momentos de desayuno, check out, por ejemplo, colapsan.
El tener grupos de estudiantes y familias u otro tipo de cliente a la vez no es acertado. O una cosa u otra. No es lógico que nos tengamos que adaptar a los horarios de sus actividades. Nos tocó la habitación que deba a los ascensores....imposible dormir después de las 07:30 !!!

The room was very nice, even tasteful. The buffet was good, with food constantly being replenished. The location was central and the price reasonable.

We were there at the same time as groups of young people, which made breakfast and dinner a bit disruptive. Next year, we'll choose different dates.
