Close to the beach and the rooms were fine.

The free buffet was of poor quality and with little variety and some workers were very rude.

Everything was great, the treatment of the staff, the facilities,... excellent quality and price.
Todo genial, el trato del personal, las instalaciones,… calidad precio excelente.
On the downside, I would say that the buffet was a bit sparse and too much oriented to foreign clients.
Por poner alguna pega diría que el buffet era un poco escaso y demasiado orientado al cliente extranjero.

The rooms are well equipped and the cleaners are very professional and friendly.

The waiters are very unpleasant and the lifeguard is more dedicated to public relations and flirting than to surveillance.

The only thing I liked was the location and the rooms.

The buffet is not at all as expected. The dining room hours are all adapted to foreigners. The all inclusive supposedly does not even include a sad cocktail, which is the most normal thing on a vacation. The snack bar does not exist.
El buffet no es para nada lo esperado. Los horarios del comedor todo adaptado a extranjeros. El todo incluido supuestamente, no entra ni un triste coctkail que es lo más normal en unas vacaciones. El snack bar inexistente

Very cozy room on the sixth floor. Comfortable and fresh bed.
Habitación de la sexta planta muy acogedora. Cama cómoda y fresca.
Very bad food. I have not seen a hotel with worse food. There were only French fries and more French fries. It lacks more variety in the meals.
Comida muy mala. No he visto un hotel con peor comidas. Solo había patatas fritas y más patatas fritas. Le hace falta más variedad en las comidas

Well equipped rooms and daily cleaning. Food was good, staff attentive, location and parking perfect.

Perhaps the animation, for summer activities are missing and improve the desserts at the buffet.

We had read bad comments about the food and were surprised by the opposite. The food was varied, good and well cooked. We always found the hotel and the room clean and comfortable. Very well located both to go to the beach and to take the bus for excursions and transport in Mallorca. From our room located on the sixth floor we had beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains, sunset on one side and sunrise on the other. No complaints at all.
Habíamos leído malos comentarios sobre la comida y nos sorprendimos por lo contrario. Comida variada, buena y bien cocinada. El hotel y la habitación siempre lo encontramos limpio y confortable. Muy bien ubicado tanto para ir a la playa como para tomar el bus de excursiones y del transporte de Mallorca. Desde nuestra habitación ubicada en la sexta planta tuvimos unas preciosas vistas tanto al mar como a la montaña, al atardecer por un lado y al amanecer por otro. No hubo queja de nada.

Neither the food, nor the cleanliness (ants in the room and buffet) no air conditioning in the dining room. They gave us the room almost an hour later and there was a day that at 15:00 they still had not cleaned it.
Ni la comida, ni la limpieza(hormigas en habitación y buffet) sin aire acondicionado en el comedor. Nos dieron la habitación casi una hora después y hubo un día que a las 15 aún no nos la habían limpiado.

El precio.
Rooms with ants, the room apart from being new, the sink was flooded by the shower that did not go down. The food was a disaster, and the all inclusive bar even worse, very poor quality.
Habitaciones con hormigas, la habitación a parte de ser nueva se le inundaba todo el lavabo por la ducha que no hacia bajada. La comida un desastre, y la barra del todo incluido todavia peor, muy mala calidad.
