I liked it overall, although there are some nuances.
Me ha gustado en general, aunque hay algunos matices.
One of the reception staff members was rather curt and didn't speak to me in Catalan, even though I understood it. It should be mandatory in Andorra to use the official language. At breakfast, the staff were also curt and rushed, saying "And what else?" as soon as something was on your plate, as if they were hurrying you along. This isn't the way to communicate or provide good service. The car park lot is very small. The ramp down is all scratched because it's so narrow, and I narrowly avoided hitting it. I understand that space is limited in Andorra, but if possible, the car park lot should be expanded. The Wi-Fi would occasionally drop out, although it was easy to connect.
Una persona del personal de recepción era un poco seca, y no me ha hablado en catalán, aunque lo entiendia, y tendria que ser una obligación en Andorra dirigirse en la lengua oficial del Estado.
En el desayuno el personal también era seco y iban muy rápido, diciendo "y que mas" cuando te habian puesto algo en el plato, como dando prisas, y no es manera de decir las cosas ni de dar un buen servicio.
El párking es muy justo de espacio. La rampa de bajada está toda rallada por lo estrecha que es y yo no he tocado de milagro. Entiendo que hay poco espacio en Andorra, pero si se pudiera se tendria que ampliar.
La wifi se colgaba en ocasiones, aunque era fácil de conectar.

It's a buffet where they don't let me serve myself. I ask for toast and they have it already made, and obviously not hot. There was no fruit at breakfast. No water either; you had to get it from the juice machine and it came out cloudy.

The breakfast and the waiters were very unfriendly. The accommodation is very old and needs renovation; there's no elevator to get to the hotel. And the car park (check rates at reception) car park is very low—1.85 metres—practically no car can fit!

The rooms are spacious and clean, and there's free outdoor car park. It's easy to find; it's not in the city center, but it's easily accessible.
