Excellent situation. Very friendly staff. We feel at home.

Very good rooms but depending on where you are you can see the snow or just a wall.
Habitaciones muy bien pero dependiendo de donde te toca podrás ver la nieve o solamente una pared.

proche des pistes et assez grand pour 4 personnes
problem with the fridge which did not close completely and after reporting it no one came to check and repair the problem

It's unfortunate that they charged €1 per roll for toilet paper at reception, as well as for garbage bags, it's the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in.
Lamentable que el papel higiénico lo cobrasen a 1€ el rollo en recepción, asi como las bolsas de basura, es el peor alojamiento en el que he estado jamas.

The best thing is the direct exit to the slopes

The apartment is small, one of the ceramic hob burners did not work, there were only two, the ski lockers need renovation, old, they close badly. They don't comply with the reception hours, we went for a problem 20 minutes before they closed and the door was already closed, we called for 5 minutes because we could hear noise inside, in the end they opened for us and in a bad way they said it was closed, we told them that it was still closed It wasn't 7 o'clock and the answer was it's closed.
El apartamento es pequeño, no funcionaba uno de los fuegos de la vitrocerámica, solo había dos, los guardaesquis necesitan reforma, viejos, cierran mal. No cumplen los horarios de recepción, fuimos por un problema 20 minutos antes que cerrasen y ya estaba la puerta cerrada, llamamos durante 5 min pq se oía ruido dentro, al final nos abrieron y de mala forma dijeron q estaba cerrado, le dijimos q todavía no eran las 7 y la respuesta fue esta cerrado.

Upon arrival we notified reception of several problems that we found in the room: sink clog, lack of gel, defective TV remote... which had to be corrected the next day. 3 days later, when checking out, I had to remind them that no one had come by to repair it, so we had to deal with those problems during our stay.
Al llegar notificamos en recepción varios problemas que encontramos en la habitación: atasco de lavabo, falta de gel, mando de TV defectuoso… que quedaron en subsanar al día siguiente. 3 días después, al hacer el check out, les tuve que recordar que no había pasado nadie a reparar, por lo que tuvimos que lidiar con esos problemas durante nuestra estancia.

Ideal location to ski directly from the slopes without stepping on the street. Risk of having to walk up the mountain if there is little snow.

The access to slopes is the best of the accommodation. The ski locker is located on the -4 floor, from where you ski directly and land in the middle of the slope. To come back, the same, in the middle of the track. The bedrooms are spacious and clean with furniture adapted to the period (not like the rest of the accommodation in Pas), although we had bedrooms without mountain views. That would have been amazing. They have a cleaning kit (dishwasher tablets, detergent...) and all the services to use the kitchen, as well as a broom and mop. It also has car park spaces with direct access from the accommodation (although at a rate of €15/day).
El acceso a pistas es lo mejor del alojamiento. El guardaesquís está ubicado en la planta -4, desde donde sales esquiando directamente y caes a mitad de pista. Para volver, igual, a mitad de pista.
Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias con muebles adaptados a la época (no como en el resto de alojamientos de Pas), aunque nos tocó habitaciones sin vistas a la montaña. Eso hubiese estado increíble.
Cuentan con un kit de limpieza (pastillas lavavajillas, detergente…) y todos los servicios para utilizar la cocina, además de escoba y fregona.
Además cuenta con plazas de garaje de acceso directo desde el alojamiento (aunque a razón de 15€/día).
The ski lockers does not have any kind of care. It is dirty, full of water, the floor uncorked, the lockers half broken, with padlocks that are not secure. It smells FATAL and the light turns off automatically after a short time; It's not enough to change boots and you're always left in the dark. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable and the pillows very old. They make you take out the trash under penalty of taking part of your deposit. For what you pay, they could take it out when cleaning the room. A fee of 2.09/day/person must be paid in addition to the booking. Although I sense that it is in all of Andorra.
El guardaesquís no tiene ningún tipo de cuidado. Está sucio, lleno de agua, el suelo descorchado, las taquillas medio rotas, con candados nada seguros. Huele FATAL y la luz se apaga automáticamente al poco tiempo; no es suficiente para cambiarse las botas y siempre te quedas a oscuras.
El sofá-cama es bastante incómodo y las almohadas muy pasadas.
Te hacen sacar la basura bajo pena de quitarte parte de la fianza. Por lo que se paga, podían sacarla ellos al limpiar la habitación.
Hay que pagar una tasa de 2.09/día/persona además de la reserva. Aunque eso intuyo que es en todo Andorra.

The apartment for a ski resort is large and super functional. The slopes are very easily accessed from the ski lockers door... a little path takes you to the slopes and you can go down to the chairlifts. The bathroom is small but very clean and new. Water for 4 showers of 6 minutes... it's a pretty nice accumulator. The apartment had a dishwasher. In general, very correct in relation to the price.
El apartamento para ser una estación de esquí es grande y súper funcional.
Se accede muy fácilmente a la pistas desde la puerta del guarda esquís.. un caminito te lleva hasta la pista y puedes bajar hasta los telesillas.
El baño es pequeño pero muy limpio y nuevo. Agua para 4 duchas de 6 minutos… es un acumulador bastante majo.
El piso tenía lavaplatos.
En general muy correcto con relación al precio.
Little thing, details more than anything. The descent to the town is a bit long but it is a 10-minute walk.
Poca cosa, detalles más que nada.
La bajada al pueblo es un poco larga pero son 10 minutos caminando.
