It has been the worst experience in a hotel. Unmade rooms at 7 in the evening, no towels to dry off after bathing, no soap for 3 days, disastrous food, lack of utensils and queues to get a plate and glasses, we had to dine out 5 nights because the food was horrible . We put a claim sheet since we tried to talk to the director and he did not attend to us. Horrible experience ruined our holiday. The cleanliness of the hotel in general is terrible, after a pandemic, I don't understand how it is open
A sido la peor experiencia vivida en un hotel.
habitaciones sin hacer a las 7 de la tarde, sin toallas para podernos secar despues del baño, sin jabon 3 dias, comida desastrosa falta de menaje y colas para poder coger un plato y vasos, tuvimos que cenar fuera 5 noches porque la comida era horrible.
Pusimos hoja de reclamacion ya que intentamos hablar con el director y no nos atendio.
Experiencia horrible arruinaron nuestras vacaciones.
La limpieza del hotel en general pesima, tras un pandemia, no entiendo como esta abierto

The food is very tasty although there is not much variety, the room is large and clean and the staff is charming, I recommend it.
La comida muy rica aunque no hay mucha variedad, la habitación grande y limpia y el personal encantador, lo recomiendo
They don't have colacao for the children and the sugar comes in a jar and everyone has to pour it out of it.
Q no tienen colacao para los niños y el azúcar viene en un bote y se tiene q echar de ahí todo el mundo
