We were given the apartment and supposedly it was freshly cleaned, but when we entered it was very dirty, they had not even brushed it. The facilities are very poorly maintained and cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence. The children's pool was not open and the pool bar was not open even one day. There were many things missing in the apartment. I honestly would not go back. Please clean up a little bit because you do not deserve the 4 stars.
Nos dieron el apartamento y supuestamente estaba recien limpio, pero cuando entramos estaba muy sucio, no habían pasado ni el cepillo. Las instalaciones estan bastante mal cuidadas y la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. La piscina de los niños no estaba abierta y el bar de la piscina no lo vimos ni un dia abierto. Faltaban muchas cosas en el apartamento. Sinceramente no volvería. Por favor limpiad un poquito porque no os mereceis las 4 estrellas

What I liked the most is the proximity to the beach and the sea views from the apartment. Please note, it is an accommodation more aimed at young people.

It needs renovations, in the kitchen many ants, it is not normal that towels and sheets are not changed or cleaned in 7 days, when it is supposedly a 4 stars. They should change the stars and somewhat expensive price for how it is.
Necesita reformas, en la cocina muchas hormigas, no es normal que no se cambie toallas y sábanas ni se limpie en 7 días, cuando supuestamente es un 4 estrellas. Deberían cambiar las estrellas y precio algo caro para como está

Apartment dirty, dirty sheets, the air did not give almost cold we had to leave it on during the entire stay to cool something. The apartment was clean, clean, clean, clean, clean.

Refrigerator did not cool, food was spoiled. The cleaning staff made a lot of noise when they were working, they even played music on a loudspeaker, at 10 am, while other guests (including myself) were sleeping or resting, and after asking them nicely to turn down the music, they made more noise and even spoke quite loudly.
Nevera no enfriaba, se nos estropeó comida. El personal de limpieza hacia mucho ruido cuando estaba trabajado, incluso iban con música en un altavoz, a las 10 h de la mañana, mientras otros clientes (me incluyo) duermen o están descansando, y tras pedirles amablemente que bajen la música, hicieron más ruido incluso hablaban bastante alto.
