The children's pool was very neglected, the quality of the food was just okay and the hotel in general needs refurbishment. The worst thing was finding the windshield of my car, parked in the hotel’s private car park, cracked in two places; when I asked the hotel to take responsibility they washed their hands of it, hiding behind a disclaimer sign at the car park entrance. Apart from that, everything was fine.
La piscina infantil estaba muy descuidada, la comida de calidad justita y el hotel en general necesita una reforma, lo peor el final al encontrar la luna parabrisas de mi coche aparcado toda la entancia en el parking privado del hotel fracturada por dos lugares y al pedir responsabilidades el hotel se lavo las manos escudandose en un cartel a la entrada de su parking de descargo de responsabilidad... por lo demas todo correcto.

We went for 5 days at the beginning of July. There were four of us: two adults and two girls. The room was spacious, the mattresses comfortable, and there were two pillows for each person—great. The bathroom was fine, the cleaning was fine.
The food and dinner were fine, there was always meat, fish, and chicken to choose from, in addition to some fish and meat cooked live on the grill, as well as a first course with several options to choose from. Breakfasts were the same, with live stations for pancakes and fried eggs, plus other things... overall, quite good.
Big pool, quite a few sun loungers, a water slide for children.
The distance to the beach was a short walk with children, about 15 minutes.

La comida y cena bien ,siempre había carne, pescado y pollo para elegir,además de algo de pescado y carne en vivo a la plancha, además de 1° varías cosas para eleguir , los desayunos igual en vivo tortitas y huevos fritos además otras cosas...en general bastante bien👍

All the staff were very attentive, the pool for the kids was very good and the food of very good quality but still little variety, and the room was fabulous.
La atención de todo el personal muy buena , la piscina para los peques muy bien y la comida muy buena calidad pero aún poca variedad yla habitación fabulosa.
I would improve it if the room access wasn’t so late, as they gave us the room around 14:30, and when you’re travelling with children it’s the worst—huge queues to have your details taken, and on the other hand the sun loungers at the pool are extremely uncomfortable.
