The facilities were good, a little old I would say. but acceptable. It is almost an absolute hotel for seniors. There were few young people there. It is a perfect hotel for the elderly. I think they have it focused on that.
las instalaciones estaban bien, un poco viejas diría yo. pero aceptable. es un hotel para personas mayores casi absoluto. habíamos allí pocos jovenes es un hotel perfecto para la tercera edad. yo creo que lo tienen enfocado a eso.
More variety in the meals, I see it as very poor, especially the desserts, which only had custard and flans and fruits. the patelitos did not come.
Mas variedad en las comidas, lo veo muy pobre sobre todo los postres que solo habia natillas y flanes y frutas. los patelitos no vinieron.

The customer environment leaves much to be desired, I think the hotel manager should be allowed the luxury of kicking out customers who go to the sites to constantly mess up and annoy others.
El ambiente de clientes deja mucho que desear, creo que el director de hotel se tendría que permitir el lujo de echar a clientes que van a los sitios para meter la pata constantemente y molestar a los demás.

I sadly did not like anything at all about the hotel, I have already put it in a review on google and if I had read them before buying the voucher, I would not have done it ...totally agree with all the opinions of Google aluasum or now called rock Marbella ... bad everything, old, lousy food very very lousy, room was oíia at night the pipes above as if they were tríenos you woke up, I could not sleep a night well, and eat and rest much less, Disappointing the truth
No me ha gustado tristemente nada de nada del hotel, ya lo he puesto en una reseña en googlee y si las hubiera leído antes de comprar el bono, no lo hubiera echo …totalmente de acuerdo con todas las opiniones de Google del aluasum o ahora se llama rock Marbella … malo todo, viejo, comida pésima muy muy pésima, habitación se oíia por la noche las tuberías de arriba como si fueran tríenos te despertabas, no he podido dormir una noche bien , y comer y descansar mucho menos , Decepcionante la verdad

Good location. The pool area with slides is very good. You eat in shifts and that avoids uncontrolled capacity.
Buena ubicación . la zona de piscina con toboganes está muy bien. Se come por turnos y eso evita aforo descontrolado
Fairly clean. Buffet with normal / low quality. All inclusive with limitations in quantity, the water does not enter and when they seem to tell you that they have no more to peck a snack.
Limpieza justita . Buffet con calidad normal /baja. Todo incluido con limitaciones en cantidad , el agua no entra y cuando les parece te dicen que no les queda más para picotear algún snack .

I have loved this trip in this family hotel my son has enjoyed a lot in the slides the buffet is very varied and the manager is very meticulous with his work you can see that he does his job well, I would love to return someday to Marbella and go through this hotel.
