The hotel staff is very attentive, they took care that we had a free car park space at the hotel, difficult to find in Soldeu. The breakfast is very varied and correct.
El personal del hotel muy atento, se preocupo para que tuviéramos una plaza de parking en el hotel y gratuito, difícil de encontrar en Soldeu.
El desayuno muy variado y correcto.
We had to pay the tourist taxes in cash, they did not accept a visa for this payment, strange things that happen in Andorra.
Las tasas turisticas las tuvimos que pagar en efectivo, no aceptaban visa para este pago, cosas raras que pasan en Andorra.

The hotel workers. Everyone very friendly. The correct and good breakfast. The mattresses were new...fantastic. Very close to Grandvalira, well located.

The only thing that is worth it is the location 5min from the slopes, very small room all super old, a renovation would not hurt, it seems 1 star. Bad lighting in the room, super uncomfortable mattress and pillow, we slept badly. Heating excessively, high without the possibility to regulate, from the room. Only one outlet in the room located in the toilet. Buffet with very little variety, very limited, menu dinner (not buffet) with even fewer options, For the price you pay (quite expensive) I was disappointed. We will not be back!
Lo único que merece la pena es la ubicación a 5min de pistas,
Habitación muy pequeña todo super antiguo, una renovacion no vendría mal, parece 1 estrellas.
Mala iluminación en la habitacion,
Colchón y almohada super incomodos, dormimos fatal.
Calefaccion excesivamente, alta sin ocpion a regular, desde la habitación.
Solo un enchufe en la habitacion ubicado en el wc.
Buffet con muy poca variedad muy limitado, cena de menu (no es buffet) con menos opciones aún,
Para el precio que pagas (bastante caro) me ha decepcionado. No volveremos!
