Feeling like a foreigner in my own country: the hotel caters to a lot of French tourists, and all the information is primarily in French. Announcements over the PA system are made first in French, sometimes even later in English, and finally in Spanish. Even the entertainment staff mostly spoke French. I didn't like it at all.

Location, children's area and heated pool, the spa is very good in terms of quality/price.

The food was very repetitive, the desserts were scarce and of poor quality, they didn't replenish the yogurts, for example. There was little children's entertainment and it was practically focused on the French. We've stayed at this hotel several times and will continue to do so in the future. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are very spacious, the buffet isn't overly elaborate but it's perfectly adequate, the activities offered by the hotel can keep you entertained all day, the main areas are well-maintained and comfortable, and the location is right on the beach, with its beach bars and promenade.

Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias y tienen una buena terracita. La ubicación es inmejorable. El lobby del hotel me encantó y las piscinas climatizadas están bien, aunque no parecen adaptadas a todo el mundo ya que hay que subir escaleras.
La comida es posiblemente la peor que he probado en un hotel, es difícil hacerlo peor en ese aspecto, peor que un catering de escuelas. Por otro lado, en invierno, aunque muchos días hace buen tiempo tienen completamente cerrada casi toda la terraza que queda junto a la piscina. Creo que podrían habilitar al menos la mitad del espacio para tomar el sol o sentarse a tomar algo, ya que muchos días la temperatura supera los 18-20 grados. Aunque ya he dicho que el lobby es magnífico, lo de tener pajaritos ahí cerrados lo veo un poco desfasado.

This is our third time staying at this hotel for Halloween. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a nice bathroom. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The buffet was varied, and the Halloween theme was well done and fun. The hotel's main areas, especially the bathrooms, were always spotless. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach and within easy walking distance of tourist attractions.

Habitación amplia, limpia, acogedora y con un buen baño.
Todo el personal muy atento y agradable. El buffet variado y la temática Halloween trabajada y divertida.
Zonas comunes del hotel, en especial baños siempre limpios.
La ubicación inmejorable, a pie de playa y cerca de sitios de interés turístico a un paseíto.
Water should be available at all meals, including breakfast, via a dispenser. Anyone who wants bottled water should pay for it. At meals, you pay for water, and it comes in a glass bottle that you can't take with you if you have leftover water, or maybe they serve it in glasses... This year's Halloween reply prize was awful: one spa pass for one person and one bottle of cava, when we were a family of four who won. Does one person go to the spa while the other three watch? Or did we pay an extra €18 per person so everyone could enjoy the prize (€18 x 3 = €54)? In the end, we didn't get to enjoy the spa, only the cava. Last year, at least it was a spa and pressotherapy session for two people, which makes more sense. It would have been better to offer a spa for everyone, but they end up paying the same price and giving everyone a prize. As for the magician's show, those of us at the back of the room couldn't see a thing; it was a show only for those in the front row. Luckily, the next day there was a singer and we didn't need to see her, but at least we could hear her entertaining us that night.
El agua debería estar en todas las comidas como en el desayuno, mediante dispensador. Y el que la quiera embotellada que la pague. En las comidas pagas el agua y ésta viene en botella de cristal, que no te puedes llevar si te sobra agua, o creo que te la ponen en vasos...
El premio concurso Halloween éste año ha sido nefasto, 1 entrada al spa para 1 persona y 1 botella de cava, cuando hemos sido una familia de 4 los ganadores. ¿Uno va al spa y los otros 3 miran? O pagábamos 18€ por persona demás, para disfrutar todos del premio (18x3= 54€ )... Total, no disfrutamos del spa, sólo del cava.
El año pasado al menos fue spa y presoterapia para 2 personas, cosa que es, más lógica.
Hubiera sido mejor spa para todos los componentes y les sale igual y premian a todos.
El espectáculo del mago, los que estábamos al final del salón, no veíamos nada de nada, espectáculo sólo para los de primera fila.
Menos mal que al día siguiente fue una cantante y no hacía falta verla, pero al menos la escuchábamos amenizando la noche.

We stayed in a suite on the top floor. It was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, the views were fantastic, and the jacuzzi on the terrace was superb (if we had been given a suite on another floor, we wouldn't have liked it as much because the jacuzzis in the other suites could be seen from other terraces). The hotel's location was also superb.
Nosotros nos alojamos en una suite en la última planta, estaba muy bien,la cama muy cómoda las vistas estupendas, y el jacuzzi de la terraza super bien ( si nos hubiera tocado otra suite de otra planta no nos hubiera gustado tanto porque los jacuzzis de las demás se pueden ver desde otras terrazas). Y la ubicacion del hotel super buena.
If you go during the high season you won't have anywhere to park (we didn't have that problem) and the food is very average, nothing special.
Si vas en temporada alta no vas a tener donde aparcar( nosotros no tuvimos ese problema) y la comida muy normalita nada del otro mundo.
