Mauvaise communication pour le checkin, il faut poser la question proactivement pour avoir une réponse.
L’impression de déranger la personne qui s’occupe de l’accueil. C’est pas très complique d’envoyer un e-mail précis et simple des instructions d’arrivée.

Honestly, not much... The only positive argument would be the price, but in my opinion it's not worth it.

I found the apartment dirty, with dirty kitchen equipment and leftover food in the drawers. Apartment poorly equipped with practically the bare minimum. Difficult to contact staff and poor wi-fi signal.
Encontrei o apartamento sujo, com material de cozinha sujo e restos de comida nas gavetas. Apartamento mal equipado com praticamente o mínimo necessário. Difícil contactar staff e o sinal de wi-fi ruim.

The service needs to be improved (bathroom with problems draining water from the shower and sink). Very few kitchen utensils for those who want to make some meals in the apartment. It is also important to have a dishwasher and a coffee machine (capsules)
O serviço deve ser melhorado (casa de banho com problemas de escoamento da água do duche e do lavatório). Muito poucos utensílios de cozinha para quem pretende efetuar algumas refeições no apartamento. Também é importante ter uma máquina de lavar a loiça e uma máquina de café (cápsulas)

You don't see the staff, they communicate via WhatsApp, in the emails they send the check-in links don't work. The blinds in the dining room do not work. Few kitchen utensils.
No ves al personal, se comunican por wasap, en los correos que envían no funcionan los enlaces para chek. No funciona la persiana del comedor. Pocos utensilios cocina.

A little dirty. Some very worn kitchen utensils. The chairs at the table were one more broken than the other.

The quality-price ratio is very good, the rooms are spacious considering the type of apartment in the area. The staff's attention via WhatsApp has been very good.
La relación calidad-precio está muy bien, las estancias son amplias teniendo en cuenta el tipo de apartamento de la zona.
La atención del personal por whatsapp ha sido muy buena.
What we didn't like is that for 3 days they left us with a very small bottle of gel and shampoo. Dishwasher detergent was also in short supply for a 4 day stay. On the other hand, there was only one frying pan. Most people probably don't cook, but we booked apartments because we can't go out to dinner and it made it a bit complicated for us. Finally, having received instructions a little before the day of arrival or how to open the ski lockers without having to contact by WhatsApp.
Lo que no nos ha gustado es que para 3 días nos han dejado un botecito de gel y champú muy pequeños. El detergente para lavavajillas también era escaso para una estancia de 4 días. Por otra parte, solo había una sarten. Es probable que la mayoría de gente no cocine, pero nosotros reservamos apartamentos porque no podemos salir a cenar fuera y nos complicó un poco. Por último, haber recibido las instrucciones un poco antes el día de llegada o como abrir el guardaesquís sin necesidad de estar contactando por whatsapp.
