It’s not an apartment for 6 people, the couch doesn’t even turn into a proper doble bed. Parking does exist but it’s charged extra and one of those parkings that makes you sweat everytime you think about having to move the car, the extra charge is too much. Also, one roll of toilet paper for 6 people for 4 days?

The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful.
When we checked out the staff wanted to charge us for leaving the apartment untidy! By untidy they meant that we had left a few dirty dishes in the sink, towels in the bathroom and beds not made. I found this unusual.

The surroundings of the apartments are very beautiful. You can walk through the Incles Valley without needing a car. The double bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need.

It has two rather uncomfortable sofa beds. The upholstery on the sofas and chairs needs to be washed. It faces the road, and in summer it's very noisy from passing traffic. I suppose it won't be noticeable in winter with the windows closed. The description doesn't specify that the bed is in the same room as the dining room.

Very few amenities in the apartment, we booked for 4 people and there was only one frying pan. The sofa bed is not even worth mentioning. We also had problems with noise from the heating but they were resolved.

When we arrived, the apartment door code did not work. Not in the best condition. We found several light bulbs that were burned out, some dirty cups/cutlery in the drawers and some damage to the floor, the mirror on the balcony door was cracked... In general, nothing terrible but not great either. My partner woke up every day with a sore neck. It seems that the mattress/pillows are not of the best quality.
No en el mejor estado. Nos encontramos múltiples bombillas fundidas, alguna taza/cubierto sucio en los cajones y algunos desperfectos en el suelo, el espejo de la puerta del balcón resquebrajado.... En general nada fatal pero tampoco maravilloso. Mi pareja se despertó todos los días con dolor de cuello. Parece ser que el colchón/almohadas no son de la mejor calidad.

After another half hour they managed to open the door and they moved us to another apartment... I understand that it was a fault as it couldn't be controlled, but they didn't have much consideration leaving us waiting at the door for more than an hour.... Then we had We have to pack our bags again and move house... Without any attempt to compensate anything...
Hubo una avería con la cerradura electrónica de la puerta y estuvimos más de 1 hora en las escaleras esperando mientras intentaban forzar la puerta. Todo esto después de un día de esquí, muy cansados y con dos niños de 4 y 8 años y con hambre, tuvimos que pedirles que por lo menos nos dejaran un sitio para no tener que seguir esperando todos en la escalera. Después de una media hora más consiguieron abrir la puerta y nos cambiaron de apartamento.... Entiendo que fue una avería al no se podía controlar, pero no tuvieron mucha consideración dejándonos esperando en la puerta más de una hora.... Después tuvimos que hacer las maletas de nuevo y cambiarnos de casa.... Sin ningún intento de compensar nada....
