The staff is kind, friendly and helpful, the breakfast is of good quality, the hotel is on the outskirts of Jaca so there is good car park in its surroundings, I didn't go to the pool and gym, I saw that they looked good.
El personal es amable, simpático y servicial, el desayuno es de buena calidad, el hotel esta a las afueras de Jaca por lo que se aparca bien en sus alrededores, a la piscina y el gimnasio no fui, vi que tenían buen aspecto.
To propose some improvement: The electric vehicle chargers were not available yet, in the attic rooms you have to be careful not to hit your head on the ceiling and you can slightly hear the noise from the adjacent rooms.
Por proponer alguna mejora: Los cargadores de vehículo eléctrico no estaban disponibles todavía, en la habitaciones abuhardilladas hay que tener precaución para no dar con la cabeza en el techo y se oye ligeramente el ruido de las habitaciones colindantes.

Nice hotel, quiet location and very good access by car (plus free car park outside). Spacious, bright and clean room.
Hotel agradable, ubicación tranquila y acceso muy bueno con coche (además aparcamiento gratuito en el exterior).
Habitación amplia, luminosa y limpiar.
They told me that they had a gluten-free breakfast for celiacs. But the reality was that I had many limitations due to cross contamination.
Me comentaron que disponían desayuno sin gluten para celiacos. Pero la realidad fue que tuve muchas limitaciones debido a la contaminación cruzada.

Great room, we took a triple and they gave us a superior quad for the same price. It was a duplex and had a sofa and refrigerator. A marvel . Very nice staff and great facilities.
Habitación estupenda , cogimos una triple y nos dieron una cuádruple superior por el mismo precio . Era un dúplex y tenía sofá y nevera . Una maravilla . Personal muy agradable e instalaciones estupendas .

Good elegant and clean place. Very large and varied buffet breakfast.

Buena habitación, limpieza, a las afueras de Jaca pero no lejos! Muy silencioso
I had dinner the first night, and too bad! A sad poorly made mixed sandwich, some industrial croquettes and some horrible fries! And very expensive in my opinion, I have almost paid the same for that as a dinner in a very good restaurant in Jaca!
Cene la primera noche, y muy mal!
Un triste Sandwich mixto mal hecho, unas croquetas industriales y unas patatas fritas horribles!
Y carísimo a mi entender, casi he pagado lo mismo por eso que una cena en un muy buen restaurante de Jaca!

Very friendly staff. The children's pool is a plus point.
Personal muy amable. La piscina para los niños es un punto a favor.
The location, on the outskirts of Jaca. Dinner is on the menu and in our opinion the quality could improve.

Little variety at dinner and on top of that with a surcharge on some things, it seems incredible that with how good this hotel is, they fail in something as simple as more variety, nothing special is needed .... chicken or normal things but more variety. Whoever stayed for a week had to repeat at least 3 times or eat with a surcharge.
Poca variedad en la cena y encima con recargo en algunas cosas, parece mentira que con lo bien que está este hotel fallen en algo tan simple como más variedad, no hace falta nada especial ....pollo o cosas normales pero más variedad. Quien estuviera una semana tenía que repetir al menos 3 veces o comer con recargo.

The bedrooms are spacious, it is true, we had a holidayle and they upgraded us to a junior suite, so I cannot assess what the holidayles will be like.
Las habitaciones son amplias, cierto es, que teníamos una triple y nos hicieron un upgrada a una junior suite, por lo que no puedo valorar cómo serán las triples.
The hotel restaurant is NOT up to four stars, not even close. The bedrooms do not have amenities. It is cold in all the main areas of the hotel. Paid car park open all day. In summary, it is a four-star hotel that saves so much on costs, restaurants, heating in main areas, amenities, which does not seem like a four-star hotel, but one of three stars and one of the worst.
El restaurante del hotel NO está a la altura de las cuatro estrellas, ni de lejos.
Las habitaciones no tienen amenities .
Hace frío en todas las zonas comunes del hotel.
Parking de pago todo el día abierto.
En resumen, es un hotel de cuatro estrellas que ahorra tanto en costes, restauración, calefacción zonas comunes, amenities, que no parece un hotel de cuatro estrellas, si no uno de tres estrellas y de los peores.
