This apartment complex is located on the waterfront in the center of the tourist area, only about 300 meters from the beach. The shops, restaurants, bars and places to go out at night, about 100-300 meters, as well as public transport, 100 m, are easily accessible from the resort. The complex was built in 2004 and offers a total of 88 rooms spread over 4 floors, of which 15 are suites and 65 are apartments. A pleasant lobby awaits guests with 24-hour reception, lifts, safes and currency exchange. The complex is superbly equipped with a café, bar, TV room and air-conditioned à la carte with separate non-smoking area.
