The ground floor villa, located in an urbanization about 900 meters from the sea, has 125 m2 built and has 3 double bedrooms. You will find a room with a double bed and the other two with two single beds, ideal for a couple with children. All rooms have wardrobes. The accommodation has a full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub. In the rooms there is no air conditioning but fans can be provided upon request. In the living room, there are 3 comfortable sofas where you can rest, take a good nap, read a book or watch satellite TV. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs for 6 people. The independent kitchen has everything you need to cook during your holidays: blender, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, stove and gas oven and fridge with freezer. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can enjoy a good breakfast on the porch, equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people, as well as barbecues and dinners during the hot summer nights. The 55 m2 private pool is chlorinated and is fenced, although it should be remembered that you always have to supervise the smallest of the house. Around the pool there are hammocks where you can sunbathe quietly. If you want to bring your pet, it will be welcome. If you bring cars you can park in front of the chalet on the street, it has no cost. The accommodation is located within an urbanization and that is why there are direct neighbors. Behind the accommodation there is a small park with benches and trees for a walk. The location of the chalet is perfect because everything you need for your holidays is accessible on foot, in a few minutes, or in a moment, if you have a car or bus.
