Everything in general from the cleanliness of the hotel to the spaciousness of the vacation, the very good treatment of the hotel staff and how beautiful the views are from the sixth floor where the pool is or a varied and quite good food and a fairly normal price of the drinks.
Todo em general desde la limpieza del hotel a la amplitud de las vacaciones,el trato buenísimo del personal del hotel y lo bonitas que son las vistas desde la sexta planta donde está la piscina o una comida variada y bastante buena además de un precio bastante normal de las consumiciones
Perhaps the pool water could be warmer, especially the water in the pool shower.
Quizás el agua de la piscina podía estar más calentita sobre todo el agua de la ducha de la piscina

The kindness of the dining room staff and the cleanliness of the hotel, the room with its balcony with artificial grass was a success, the beds along with all the pillows were very comfortable.
La amabilidad del personal de comedor y la limpieza del hotel, la habitación con su balcón con césped artificial todo un acierto, las camas junto con todas sus almohadas muy cómodas.
That the bathroom has half a wall and a glass door, even if it is inside the room unless you go alone there are times when a little privacy is needed.
Que el baño tenga media pared y la puerta de cristal, aunque esté dentro de la habitación a no ser q vayas solo hay momentos que es necesaria una poquita de intimidad.

The hotel has all the services corresponding to a 4 *, 100% recommendable. If I came back to the island I would repeat. We did not get to enjoy the pool, but we went up to see it and had spectacular views.
El hotel cuenta con todos los servicios correspondientes a un 4*, 100% recomendable. Si volviera a la isla repetiría. No llegamos a disfrutar de la piscina, pero subimos a verla y tenía unas vistas espectaculares.
To put a downside, is that it does not have its own parking, but given how crowded the island is and the difficulty of the terrain in that area is understandable, the issue of parking in general is the same throughout the island.
Por ponerle una pega, es que no cuenta con parking propio, pero visto como está la isla de masificada y la dificultad del terreno en esa zona es comprensible, el tema de los aparcamientos en general está igual en toda la isla.

The location is exceptional. The treatment by the staff was excellent, we had a problem with the router in the room and they solved it very quickly. We appreciated having taken half board with breakfast and dinner. The breakfasts were complete, for all types of people, including fruit, toast, fried eggs and even beans. The dinners were more varied, every day there were different things, including fish and meat. The hotel's rooftop pool is a highlight, you have a fantastic view of the whole of Puerto de la Cruz. The beds and pillows in the room were very comfortable.
La ubicación es excepcional. El trato por parte del personal excelente, tuvimos un problema con el router de la habitación y nos lo solventaron rapidísimo. Se agradece el haber cogido media pensión con desayunos y cenas. Los desayunos eran completos, para todo tipo de personas pasando por fruta, tostadas, huevos fritos y hasta alubias. Las cenas eran más variadas, todos los días había cosas diferentes, incluyendo pescados y carnes. La piscina del hotel en la azotea es un puntazo, tienes una vista fantástica de todo Puerto de la Cruz. Las camas y las almohadas de la habitación muy cómodas
To comment on two details, the room had a musty smell after showering and the shower screen was a little uncomfortable because a little water came out from time to time. What I did not like at all was that on the last day of dinner we arrived a little late and while they were preparing the breakfast tables and picking up, we saw how they threw away all the leftover food (and it was a lot).
Por comentar dos detalles, en la habitación se acumulaba olor a humedad después de ducharse y la mampara de la ducha un poco incómoda porque se nos salía un poco de agua de vez en cuando. Lo que si que no me gustó nada fue que el último día de cena llegamos un poco justos y mientras preparaban las mesas de los desayunos y recogían, vimos como tiraban toda la comida sobrante (y que era mucha)

The hotel is very clean and very quiet. The rooms are spacious and both beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and are very attentive to everything and if you have any questions they will immediately give you a solution. The location is very good, you can walk everywhere. The pool area is very spacious and relaxing. The breakfasts and dinners with variety and quality.
El hotel está muy limpio y muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones amplias y tanto camas como almohadas son muy cómodas. El personal es muy amable y están pendientes de todo y ante cualquier apreciación que se les haga enseguida dan una solución. La situación muy buena, puedes ir andando perfectamente a todos lados. La zona de la piscina muy amplia y relajante. Los desayunos y cenas con variedad y calidad.
