The apartments and studios are brand new and have everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay whether you are traveling with friends or family.
All of them have: free wifi (fee), full kitchen, kitchen utensils (glasses, cups, plates, pots, pans, cutlery), Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, refrigerator, living room and bathroom with hairdryer.
These studios can accommodate up to 4 people, distributed in a single room with double bed, living room with sofa bed and kitchen. They are approximately 38 square meters in size and have a fully equipped bathroom.

Deposit:you will be asked before your arrival for a guarantee card number and a written authorization to make a preventive charge on the card of 150€ per apartment that will be returned after check-out in the event that at your departure there is NO damage.
Failure to declare the presence of pets will result in 100% of the deposit being charged.
