The location and price. It is a 10 minute walk up loaded with equipment from the egg. It has covered car park which is also something we were looking for. Very friendly staff.
La ubicación y el precio. Está a 10 min subiendo cargado con el equipo desde el huevo. Tiene parking cubierto que también es algo que buscábamos. El personal muy amable.
Lack of maintenance and cleaning, nor did it have services such as wifi or cafeteria. Everything was quite worn out and the cleaning was quite poor... even so, I think I would repeat for its value for money. I would bring flip flops for the shower though...
Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza, tampoco tenía servicios como wifi o cafetería. Todo estaba bastante desgastado y la limpieza bastante escasa.. aun así creo que repetiría por su relación calidad-precio. Eso sí me llevaría chanclas para la ducha..

They did not put me in the room they show because it did not have a balcony as it appeared in the photo on the website. The bathroom had many defects. The tightness of the shower tray was zero. The bathroom flooded and the tap mixed the water poorly and it came out boiling and suddenly cold. and again boiling hot. It doesn't have a sofa, just a bed, a table and a kitchen with two stools. What bothered me the most was that it is a very busy party area and there is no police presence at any time and the drunks are packing freight at late hours. am

El baño tenía muchos desperfectos
Las estanqueidad del plato de ducha era nula se inundaba el baño y el grifo mezclaba mal el agua y salí hirviendo y eerrepente fría y otra vez hirviendo
No tiene sofá solo una cama una mesa y una cocina con dos taburetes
Lo q más me molestó fue q es una zona muuuuy transitada de fiesta y no hay ninguna presencia policial en ningún momento y los borrachos van liando flete a altas horas de la madrugada

Correct quality-price ratio. Sierra Nevada has a wide range of restaurants and services, without having to go more than 500 m from the center.
Correcta relación calidad-precio. Sierra Nevada tiene una alta oferta de restauración y servicios, sin que tengas que alejar del centro más de 500 m.
Too much distance to the nearest lift, so on the way back you have to return carrying your ski equipment, and you have to walk up about five flights of stairs. Car Park on the street near the apartments is also scarce, and you have to go another additional distance, climbing access stairs that are another four floors.
Demasiada distancia hasta el remonte más próximo, por lo que a la vuelta se tiene que volver cargado con el equipo de esquí, y hay que subir unas cinco pisos de escaleras andando. También es escaso el aparcamiento en la calle cerca de los apartamentos, y hay que alejarse otra distancia adicional más, subiendo escaleras de acceso que son otras cuatro plantas más.

Very practical, and quality-price seemed perfect for a fix of not many days. We liked that we had a terrace.

Poorly soundproof bedrooms, you could hear the microwave from the room next door, the showers were fatal, apart from leaving all the water outside, constant temperature changes both super cold and super hot that you burned.
