This renovated apartment residence is located in a quiet neighborhood, nothing far from the lively city center. It is only about 80 m from the sandy beach and 300 m from the shops. The town of Fréjus is about 4 km away. This renovated residence with 7 floors and 70 rooms has air conditioning, lobby and elevator. Each apartment has its own bathroom and a small kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave / gratin, dishwasher and coffee maker.
