The facilities are mostly outdated, and many are out of order, such as the women's restrooms on the ground floor next to the dining room. The outdoor pools are in a terrible state and unusable. There's no supervision at the heated pool. The food is awful, lacking both variety and quality; its quality and variety have declined dramatically. The food selection needs drastic improvement, and the kitchen staff, who cook right in front of the customers, need more training and friendliness. They don't accommodate food intolerances at all.

Fuimos en media pensión con mis dos nietas de 14 años gratis y lo pasamos muy bien, sobretodo, ellas en los toboganes y en el spa. También estuvimos en la playa que está enfrente del hotel.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba solo el ventilador, tampoco funcionaba la pequeña nevera de la habitación son los únicos fallos que vi en el hotel.

We enjoyed the hotel as a whole, especially if you're travelling with children. The pools and Water Slides were incredible, the entertainment was excellent, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. It's just 5 minutes from the beach.
