During the first winter months, due to the altitude of the area, over 1,800 high, the road is closed and it's only possible to access the area by snowplough. It is important to contact in advance with the accommodation and inform about your arrival time, this way 1 person from the hotel will pick you up at the entrance of the valley.
On the other hand, during summer months, you can access the lodge with an electric train that has been installed by the country's government. The trip has a price of 3 EUR per person, this helps to prevent a polluted area. But during nightime, guests will be able to access by car.
