Welcome to this idyllic place in the Mallorcan countryside! Here you will discover the beauty and comfort that will make your vacation an unforgettable experience. This house of 160 m2 has 2 floors. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and the other with two single beds). The fourth room is on the ground floor and has a double bed. The rooms do not have air conditioning but we can provide fans if you need them. Do not hesitate to ask! There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The house has a rural and rustic atmosphere but at the same time it is very flirtatious. Sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa in the living room, where you can read a book, surf the internet (WIFI), watch satellite TV or take a nap. In the house there is a fireplace for the cold autumn nights. The attached dining area has a table and chairs for up to six people. The kitchen is completely equipped. There is uncovered parking space for 3 cars. Pets are allowed! In the garden there is a barbecue, table and chairs so you can organize meals outdoors. Cool off in the 9 x 4 meter pool or lie in one of the hammocks to enjoy the sun of Mallorca while your children play in the 50 m2 lawn garden. From the terrace you can enjoy incredible views of the countryside and the mountains. The farm has 1500 m2 and for decades agriculture has been practiced. The former owners were peasants and you can still see vestiges of the practice of this activity. Near the house you will find sheep, rabbits, chickens and a wide variety of fruit trees, mainly almond trees. A 2.
