The boat holiday has been good, a new and good experience if you haven't done a cruise or something similar. The hotel is quite good, has a family atmosphere, mostly families with children and I was struck by the admission of dogs. But it was fine, they didn't bother and had their own areas. The atmosphere of the main pool was very good. The evening entertainment show was very well done. You could see the work and dedication of the team. The hotel's gardens and surroundings are very beautiful and well maintained. The food in general was very good.
El viaje en el barco a estado bien, una nueva y buena experiencia si no has hecho un crucero o algo similar. El hotel bastante bien, tiene ambiente familiar, en la mayoría familias con niños y me llamo la atención la admisión de perros. Pero estaba bien, no molestaban y tenían sus propias áreas. El ambiente de la piscina principal muy bueno. La actividad nocturna del espectáculo que hacían muy bien. Se veía el trabajo y dedicación del equipo. Los jardines y el entorno del hotel muy bonito y muy bien tenido. La comida en general estaba muy bien.
The laundry service, for a hotel of that size and range, is very poor, they should put something in better conditions.

This hotel is not a 4-star. Limited and mediocre breakfast. Regular dinner. In the beach restaurant, for which you pay an additional 10€ per person, there were mosquitoes and other insects throughout dinner and in the queue to enter for over half an hour. We covered the glasses so insects wouldn't fall into the drinks.
The beach is not pleasant, lots of seaweed in the sand and water, bad smell, not inviting at all to swim in it. We only went the first day and didn't repeat again.

Este hotel no és un 4 estrellas. Desayuno poco variado y mediocre. Cena regular. En el restaurante de la playa, por el que pagas 10€ adicionales por persona, hubo mosquitos y demas insectos durante toda la cena y en la cola de espera para entrar de mas de media hora. Tapabamos los vasos para que no cayeran insectos en la bebida.
La playa no es agradable, mucha alga en arena y agua, mal olor, no invita para nada a bañarse en ella. Solo fuimos el primer dia y ya no repetimos mas.

The location is not very good (almost everything nice is a 2-hour drive away), the pool gets crowded quickly depending on the time and there is a lack of sunbeds, breakfast has no variety and the food is of mediocre quality...
The room was full of ants! Be careful not to drop any food, as you will have an infestation in no time... and as for cleanliness, they only made the bed, did not change the towels or anything... we had to ask for it... In short, a lot to improve to be a 4-star resort...
La ubicación no es muy buena (casi todo lo bonito esta a 2h en coche), en la piscina, depende horas, se llena enseguida y faltan hamacas, el desayuno no tiene ninguna variedad y la comida, con la calidad justita...
La habitación llena de hormigas! Q cuidado q se te caiga algo d comer q tienes una plaga en pocos minutos... y, limpieza, sólo hacían las cama, no cambiaban toallas ni nada... tuvimos que pedirlo... En fin, mucho que mejorar para ser un resort d 4 estrellas...
