The apartment complex is located in Malia, a coastal city 34 km west of Heraklion, an area where there are many tourist and leisure attractions. Malia is the ideal place for travelers who want to go out at night and it has one of the longest beaches in Crete, which starts in the small town of Stalis, west of Malia, and extends 4 km to the east. The beach has all the comforts and facilities that a tourist looks for. Heraklion is about 35 km away. The complex has 88 studios and apartments, which are distributed in 4 independent buildings. It offers you an entrance hall, several shops, two beach bars, a main restaurant and another one on the beach and a playground for the little ones. In the complex there is also a church. All homes have a bathroom, direct dial telephone and rental safe. Paying an extra charge you can enjoy the air conditioning. The family rooms have a kitchen, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and sink. Guests have at their disposal 2 swimming pools with a children's area and a snack bar. You can relax in the jacuzzi or play darts. On the beach you can practice several water activities (extra charge). In addition, sometimes special events are organized at night, such as barbecues, Greek nights, cocktail nights, karaoke, etc.
