Nowadays, after the restoration and adaptation for the hotel, the hotel reception and the cafeteria have been installed on the ground floor or what used to be a mill. In the old batan the dining room has been installed whose rear windows directly overlook the Guadalaviar river and the previous ones to the gullies of the old mill. Upstairs on the two upper floors, or whatever the wool factory, the rooms have been installed.
Outside the building has landscaped terraces, being its privileged location in the middle of Vega and on the banks of the river, highlighting the vegetation, water and tranquility, and all this just 500 meters from the main square of the town.
