Nice villa on two floors. The ground floor offers an open living / dining room that connects with the kitchen. French doors from the lounge / dining room open onto the terrace and pool. On the ground floor there is also the master bedroom with access to the pool area. This bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and hydro-massage shower. A bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom with a bathtub complete the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed with access to a small terrace overlooking the pool. A second bedroom with two single beds has direct access to a large terrace with views of the surroundings. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. An external staircase leads to the last bedroom, which is exterior and the tower is located so it has a circular shape. It has a double bed and a small en-suite shower that maintains the original tiles and equipment.
