The country house "Era des Pou" has 2 floors and is surrounded by a 5,500 m² accommodation, 1,000 m² of which are landscaped with bougavilas, palm trees, hibiscus and oleander trees. Large wooden doors lead from the partly covered terrace, with built-in barbecue, to the large living-dining room with satellite TV, DVD and safe, which is furnished for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities: ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, etc. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds, one double with an en-suite shower, as well as a fully-equipped bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds and another bathroom. There is also a large covered balcony with views over the pool and garden. Nice partially covered terrace, with built-in barbecue and sink. The pool of 9 x 4.5 m. It is surrounded by a large terrace. There is an outside shower and sun loungers. There is a lot of area with a garden, which pleases the eye
